Rough around the edges
My policy only shows a car I sold last month and doesn’t show the 2 cars I correctly have insured. Not much good if the info is not up to date
App needs to be updated

ID Cards!!!
Needed my ID card after being pulled over… it was there.
App Sign-In Bug
Downloaded app after registering on the web via agent link. When I try to sign-in to the app for the first time I get an error message: “Oops something went wrong. The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.” No obvious way to report bugs in app or on developer site.
Oranized
Nice to have everything in one place. Don’t need much from insurance but nice to know where it is and be able to contact my agent if needed.
I like it, but…
My renters insurance through homesite will not add, I cannot view the ID Card in Glovebox unfortunately.

Hi SheaCru, thank you for your feedback! We are working diligently to support as many carriers and policy types that we can. We currently don't support renters policies for Homesite and as they don't have any public facing API's. The only way we can build this integration is with help from our users. Sent me a link to verify my email, sent me to a crashed site. Couldn’t get any policy to show
This app is slick!
This app has been such a saving grace in so many scenarios. I haven’t had to bother my agent in months - everything automatically updates and I’ve been able to grab current ID cards and VIN numbers in off hours without issue. I’ve loved working with my agent and now I’ll never shop my insurance around or go back to carrier directly. The chat bot keeps me connected without having to wait on hold. I’ve probably referred my agent to 50 friends already simply because this app is so user friendly and my agent is the best. Love this!
