Great Replacement For Harmony
It is always hard to unlearn a remote like the Harmony and relearn the SofaBaton
It took me awhile. Please read the positive reviews here because these folks know what they are talking about. I also used the videos within the app on my iPhone
Just trial and error. Try setting something up, if it does not work delete and create new (Activities). As others have pointed out Make Sure the FIRST thing you do is set up yourDEVICES. Your Activities depend on your devices being set up correctly

No nonsense works great
This app, and the U2 remote, do everything I’d want them to do and nothing I don’t want them to do. The app is plain as can be and functions well. I suppose it could be nice to be able to set the same button for multiple devices at once but literally my only issue so far.
Works Perfect
Not sure what these other reviews are… perhaps competitors? The SofaBaton U2 works exceptionally well with this app. Most of the time you just select the (1) manufacturer and (2) model of device. It auto loads and bam, works instantly. The other method is just as easy, where you push buttons from an old remote, to the SofaBaton, and it learns those buttons.
I setup a project, receiver, Apple TV, and Chromecast in about 15 minutes. Was easy and kind of fun.

Works great. Easy to use
Works great. Super easy to pair to your phone and find your devices. The remote connect to your devices with ease and the interface is very intuitive. Love it. Connected my TV, fire stick and sound bar in minutes.
A little clunky but works well
Without any reference to a manual, it didn’t take long to get all my devices setup. The interface is a little awkward and there are some things that the app could do better (e.g., configure the TV Power button automatically when adding a TV, using the TV for volume control for all devices), but once configured the remote works well.
One major flaw, that pretty much every app has nowadays, is a requirement to register. There is no reason whatsoever for the company to know anything about me just because I bought their product. Very irritating, but they’re not alone in this.

Seriously?? Total JUNK!
Right off the bat broke a finger now trying to remove the battery cover. Once I got that off, I installed the batteries, but the device wouldn’t turn on. Upon inspection, I can see one of the metal connectors for the battery is covered by a piece of plastic, so it won’t make a connection. Clearly a design flaw and poor QA. The device itself feels like a piece of junk. The instructions if you get that far are extremely lacking. It literally ends with after adding new devices, reassign remote keys and “configurate” macro keys. Language issues aside there is no indication on how to configure the macro keys or which keys are even called macro keys. Save your money. This is a piece of crap!

Absolutely the worst user guide
Poorly written, full of grammatical mistakes and complete lack of context. Demo videos are useless - pace is too fast and image is fuzzy. Programming process of the X1 completely unintuitive.
Too bad because the unit seems well built.
If you’re serious about a quality product, make use of BAs and use a qualified tech writer.
Giving this POS another chance then returning it.

Glad a company stepped up to provide an excellent TV Remote to fill the gap since the discontinuation of the Logitech Harmony remotes. It’s also way easier to program and the app is more user friendly. Canned be programmed using your smartphone via Bluetooth. Customer service much better than any competitors and respond in a fast timely manner. Normally within just a few hours. 4 stars only due to buttons on remote are not backlit. The remote works flawlessly.

New update broke app connection
The new update I cannot connect the hub to the SofaBaton app. When I open the app it just spins as if loading. The hub light is green and sis working fine you the remote.

Nothing but a headache
The phone app does not work correctly and has so many glitches it takes forever to get anything working. Once it is working and sent to the remote it works for about five minutes and then everything gets messed up again. Even when you teach the remote directly with the original remote it does not store the command correctly and save it to the hub. Why would you guys release this product when you know there are so many issues with getting it to work correctly?
