Hello, as explained over email, we do not sell directly to anyone. Your purchase and contract is directly with Apple. You have activated a trial in our app through the App Store, agreed to the terms that it will convert to a full subscription if not cancelled, and then failed to cancel. The trial has then converted to a full subscription. You asked Apple for a refund using the incorrect method, and they refused. We explained the correct method to request a refund properly as a courtesy. You ignored this advice and proceeded to start a chargeback case with your bank. If you inspect your transaction you will note that your chargeback case will proceed against Apple, and likely fail as they will be able to provide evidence of your acceptance of the contract. If you had heeded our advice, and quickly you would likely have received a refund directly from Apple. Instead you have now exhausted your refund time, and negated any chance of one by starting your chargeback case. You are also directing your anger towards us rather than accepting your mistake. I am sorry this had happened to you and we did our best to help you.
