FIX THIS APP!
This app is constantly kicking me out on my TV and on my iPad. So when I have to sign in it does not automatically link me up to my account it wants me to put in my payment methods again as if it doesn’t have it. It’s an app which has been automatically calibrated to each person’s account without needing to go back to payment methods for the sign in process. I tell you NO OTHER APP does this!
Not to mention, if I want to go back to the episodes for the show I am watching…forget it! This app doesn’t bring me back to the show’s home page at all, so I have to search for it. To be paying $11/month this should not happen. Take heed to the reviews and fix this. I can guarantee you will get better star reviews if this was not such an issue.Show lessDeveloper Response

Many are talking about the glitches and the fact that you can stream BET+ for free if you have cable, but the only reason I have the app is because I signed up for the 7 day free trial to watch All the Queens Men, and let me just say, I wouldn’t pay them a dime even if they paid me to watch. I hate that the continue watching feature is not accurate. I’ll be on episode 8, but the continue watching will be on episode 4 so now, not only do I have to search for the show and find the episode that I’m actually on, but I also have to wait for all the ads to play before I can get to the specific part I left off on. Why I can’t select the episode I want to watch from the “continue watching” option doesn’t make sense to me. I have to search the show, then click on it, then click on episodes and try to remember if i was actually on episode 8. Only to start the episode, and realize after skipping towards the end that I’m actually in the middle of episode 9 (fell asleep and there is no “are you still watching” feature) so now I have to go back, select episode 9 and wait for all 7 ads to play before I can get to the part I was on. By the time I’ve done all that, I don’t even want to watch the show anymore. Imagine after going through all that, and only getting 3 mins of watch time, you’re forced to sit through another 5 mins of ads 😭. This app is the worst streaming app out of every streaming app I have. They are littered with the bugs and it continues to get worse. The developer team is useless they take forever to respond to emails and then when they do they offer no resolution. They offer useless troubleshooting steps that don’t work. Even when you tell them you’ve already tried all the steps and they didn’t work they ask if the issue is resolved. If you say no they just disappear or they’ll say that they’re sending it to an “engineering team” and you never hear from them again. If you don’t already have this service, don’t waste your money it’s not worth the hassle besides, if you wait a little, the content will be on regular BET without all the headache. Oh, and they don’t understand what it means to have AD FREE programming because they still show ads even though you pay for premium.Show lessDeveloper Response
