Never think installing this stupid app
This stupid app has no drivers that will deliver your food on the estimated time and they will leave you waiting for 2 hours then you have to check up with them so that they wouldn’t answer and make you feel frustrated. Customer service is 0/10

About the application problematic
I am one of the first people who dealt with you since you received requests via WhatsApp. I like the speed of your service, the lack of delay in the delivery of orders, and the safety of the items I order. However, recently the application has become very annoying and it is difficult to understand why it does not accept requests for no reason. Restaurants near my home are now said to be far away and do not reach this area, and this happens with most of the restaurants that I used to ask from previously without any problems, also my home information suddenly disappears and he asks me to re-put the information again with every request and this is very annoying please look at On this issue so that you don't lose your customers, thanks.

Works smoothly, easy UI, incredible customer service. Diverse range of products too. I can get almost everything delivered to my house within an hour or two. Really the top of the pile when it comes to delivery.

Poor app, poor support, poor service.
So let’s talk about the app experience, it’s pretty decent. It was easy to setup and navigate. I placed the order just like any food delivery app. And then you have a tab to find all your orders of course. Worked once and the next time you lock your phone and unlock it, you can’t access the awaiting orders tab. Keeps on loading forever.
Support services is a joke. You can start a chat, puts you on a queue and you can’t minimise the app or let the phone lock itself. Cause if so, you are going to have to go back in the queue. And then I tried ringing their support centre, it rang for almost 15 minutes and nobody picked it up.
My order was placed at 7 and it was ready by 7:30 for pick up. I am writing this review at 9. No signs of my food getting delivered.
You decided to start a business. I give you an A for the effort. I am sorry to say this, but let Talabat and UberEats handle this.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
order arrived over a hour late, missing order, customer service is just full of lies i connected them and asked for the rest of my order which they told me i would receive an hour has passed since then. I don’t recommend them at all. Stick to talabat 😭😭😭😭

This company has saved me when I had no food ! It’s quick and offers a wide selection of local foods and I have even purchased 2 iPhone / ear pods.

Bad service
Late delivery, the driver picked up the order late therefore I received the order cold and also I found missing item from the order.
The tracking in application is not working correctly it was showing the driver far away from my location but he actually reached my location.

More documentation for customers
I had to cancel my order as the grocery store didn't have majority of things I already ordered and paid for. I only learnt about that 3 hours after making my order when they called me to inform me of that (which isn't the fault of the app).
When cancelling my order through customer support, no one sent me any email or sms proving my order was cancelled and it isn't listed as cancelled on the app.
