Better than Talabat in terms of UI
This app is better than talabat however, the only downside is the delivery time… Also I wish they had a dark mode on Snoonu

Has a wider food option, they treat their drivers much better than the competition.
I shifted recently from talabat to Snoonu
For the past three years I was lazy to try another delivery app , always had the habit to order from talabat until I started to try snounou and I was more satisfied with delivery, choices of food and with the overall service. Now I have the habit to directly order from snounou without hesitating.

Promising alternative to Talabat
First time using the app because the restaurant I wanted to order from was available here.
Overall the interface is nice and pleasant to use.
Couple of areas for improvement:
Don’t know if this is an app bug or a feature issue. When I select a menu item, it automatically goes back to the beginning of the menu. This gets annoying very quickly. The menu items should not reset to the top whenever you select an item to order.
Review system should be split between driver and restaurant. While I had a great experience in both cases, it’s possible that the food may not be good but the driver did well or vice versa.

Amazing! Better than all the others.
This is the best app to order anything locally.
Bad experience
I have tried this application multiple times yet still the riders never come to the exact or even close to the location, they’re late, they don’t speak English nor Arabic and you can’t even rate the delivery/food service. Never using the app again 👎🏼
2nd Tier Service
I’ve had drivers 40 minutes late to pick up food that was just sitting in the restaurant. The only restitution I was offered was free delivery on my next order. Not good enough.
