Appalling service and price hikes on second items

Their live chat facility is just appalling. The agents don’t understand simple English.
I wasted over half an hour trying to get the agent to answer my question which was “why was the the second bag of collagen protein more expensive than the first?” before giving up because they couldn’t understand it, nor put me through to someone that could help nor give me a tel number in the U.K. to call.
There is no telephone number for the U.K. operation and ordering today as opposed to yesterday has meant that I’ve lost some of the discounts and freebies….My Protein used to be good but now they’re clearly unprofessional, avaricious and don’t give a stuff about maintaining relations with long term clients… proceed with them at your peril and don’t expect to get any customer service…

I recommend you give them a try I haven’t purchased protein anywhere else for years.

First time order

I am already loving My Protein because of the option to choose Klarna. Not only because of the split payments, but because I had the option to pay in 30 days plus try out the protein for the first time. Thank you! I can’t wait to try it. The flavors sounds delicious!! The choice to pay in increments alone are a plus.

App is a bit glitchy

Worst customer service I have ever seen, asked for a favour about lactose free products on 8th May since then 3 customer service representative changed Lindela, Kary and Nobuhle and all said “sorry for delay I have forwarded your response to our Product specialist team, they will replay you in 3 to 5 business days” but those days never came as on 4th July. Can’t even imagine how worst either they are trained or not willing to look forward to solve customer’s problems. Even when after getting tired of waiting for reply, I placed an order and which I received nicely on time but one promotional thing missing, I asked for help so they replied that the voucher has been sent to your mail. So, I checked very precisely but didn’t had any mail with vouchers and asked them about it to forward again if it’s been shared already. But again got replied by Mbali and Stefania to wait for 3 to 5 days to get replay from team, idk which team but yeah this was on 23rd of Jund but still their 3-5 business days haven’t finished yet. At the end great customer service, who can’t even understand a simple thing and forward a simple mail again!!!!!!!!!

The app is bad

I tried to checkout 25 times and it wouldn’t work and when it did it said my card was expired before I even had the chance to put it in. It also wouldn’t let me use Apple Pay and I had to walk to get my card.

Fix this app

Love the product hate the website

Although I really like the product, your emails and discounts are too confusing and make for a very poor experience. I was ready to get 50% off and all I got was 35 based on the text you sent me why can’t you just be more clear everything has to be the gigantic puzzle when it comes to figuring out what your to get for discounts why don’t you just discount everything so we know what we are going to be paying?

Good value. Decent app. Bad support

Love the product and I feel that I get what I pay for. The app is decent. Fairly easy to navigate. The constant “sales” are a bit annoying since there’s always a sale. I wish they just reduced the prices and didn’t have clickbait sales all the time.

The in app support is a joke. You send a chat and I’ve had response times between 40 minutes and over 3 hours. It wouldn’t be so bad, but then they only give you 5-10 minutes to respond before they close the ticket. You can even leave a review for the support since they close the survey after another 10 minutes. It’s unreasonable to have you wait that long for support but they close the ticket in 10 minutes. If they followed up these tickets via email that would be better. They have no respect for your time.
