Full of bugs
I took me at least 10 tries just to log into the app. I placed an order and while placing the order added a new shipping address, with a new card and billing address. Once I hit place order it was send to an old address that was still the default address. Customer service said nothing could be done to change the shipping address literally minutes after the order was placed because I called immediately. I had to cancel the order, and now wait 1-5 business days for the money to come back into my account. This is absolutely unacceptable. Terrible app and customer service. I was told I should use the website to avoid this in the future. Y’all should be ashamed.
