I just made a payment & brought my Account up to date. Signed up “on line” & they want another Payment. This is ridiculous considering I have paid this month “up to date” according to the person who called me about my payment. I get paid monthly so the date of my automatic payment is critical. Seriously, I deeply regret “signing up” for Automatic Payments “on line” & will have to go to Academy IN PERSON, I guess, to GET THIS FIXED. A terrible effort for me due to multiple heal issues/concerns. Very Dissatisfied.
