Clunky app, inventory never accurate
App says they accept Apple Pay but it never goes through. Page loading is clunky and when you select an item then go back it takes you to the top of the search page instead of where you left off. Annoying when you’re looking through lots of items. I’ve needed many last minute items (3 kids in sports and cleats, gloves, etc always blow out because no one likes to makes things that last anymore) and buy for pick up and without fail I get an email saying the item is out of stock. Not sure why they offer same day pick up if they can’t keep track of their inventory. Rewards points expire quickly unless you shop very frequently. I shop about 6-10 times a year and haven’t gotten any rewards of value yet.Show lessMissus Fancy

To many notifications and orders don’t go through
I’ve used this app for about 6 months, after initially downloading it for sneaker draws I haven’t won a single draw yet I can enter them up to 5 minutes late on other apps and order 4s and other highly coveted sneakers no problem. Also I ordered a New lions jersey in April and they didn’t give me any update until they decided to cancel the order… I ordered the same jersey off a different website after waiting about 2 1/2 months and got it within a week. Additionally this app sends at least 8 notifications a day which are a nuisance and have no benefit. Dicks is a great store to go to in person but their app needs work especially since they whole point is the be able to make purchases.Show lessNick_21245325
