  • Great App! Really useful!

    This is such a great app if you have food sensitivities! I have been trying a low Fodmap diet to pinpoint my tigger foods and this app has been great! I love being able to add lists as well!

    Food Sense is a valuable resource for anyone on a journey of improving their health! The ability to create lists within the app and keep track of foods that do or do not work well for your individual wellness is so helpful. This allows you to investigate what compounds may be an issue for you. I love that the app also has clear descriptions for each category with resources listed and linked for further research! A great resource!!!

    This is so helpful and has tons of flexibility in how you use it. You can create your own lists with your own labels and add foods. There are lots of resources and tools built in and it is very user friendly.

    I have been wanting to check out this app for awhile. Recently, I received this app as a “thank you” gift from Melanie. I love how this app is broken down, simple to use, and you can see the various compounds with vibrant colors. This will be very helpful as I continue the path of healing my gut!
  • Connecting the dots

    I downloaded the food sense app and plugged in my IgG food sensitivity test results from 2018. I have struggled with GI distress since I was 16 (36 now). Eliminating my “red foods” helped a lot, IF for the past 18 months helped even more. But I could never figure out the connection my red foods had to one another and what made them different from my green foods. Along came the Food Sense app and BAM! Oxalates it is! The app has so many foods on it, more than were tested in my blood work, so I can easily check it and predict which foods are going to be a problem and which will be easy. I highly recommend the app!
