Ap freezes all the time

Cannot login to social media/Google
Every time I try to login the app spins for 30 seconds and takes me back to the login screen. The only way to move forward is to skip. However, you cannot save your settings this way. Is there a solution for this problem? This should function out of the box with the latest iOS and iPhone. Disappointed and frustrated.whywritereview
Awful app.
My my experience with this app would be zero stars but you can’t leave a review if you leave that reading.First after setting up the unit two of them actually on a 360 W’s mysteriously the app dropped all the information. So after doing it a second time and actually getting a chance to program the lights via the app, we drop the information shortly after completing that. After the third try you’re out. Third try lasted 17 minutes before the app drop the information and makes me start all over again. Pathetic I will be returning both dongle‘s and giving them a one star review as well. Yep it’s so bad I’m gonna get rid of the A360W so that I can use an app that works on a product that’s good like Eco-tech Marine for example. Get your developmental team to pirate ecotech’s Mobius app. Then you’ll have an app that works well.Larry C. (Santa Rosa,CA)
Three hour set up.
I’m a retired developer. It took me three hours and six attempts to set this up. The app’s start up time is appalling. I dread to think about why the battery usage looks like.
The only way of saving the complicated settings is by logging in via Google, Facebook, or Twitter with all the implications for privacy and security that entails. Had the developers not heard of iCloud?
Update: After contacting support I went through setup on both my iPhone and iPad. The iPhone said there was no signal. The iPad saw a very weak signal but it was intermittent and insufficient to complete setup. Since it was a hardware failure I sent the dingle back to Amazon and I got a replacement. Amazon sourced this from a different supplier so it could have been a different manufacturing batch. I was unable to locate a signal on either of my devices. Kessil’s support did not respond to my email. This dongle was also returned.Copishwit
Great light poor App experience
I got this app for my new Kessil AP9X light. I love the light but trying to use this app on iOS is so infuriating. If you use your WiFi to connect you can only connect once. After that every time you open the app it won’t connect to the light. You have to delete the app and reset the light to factory default and reconnect all over again. When you do get it connected the light sett NGAS are not as intuitive as other manufacturers. I have another tank with another brand and that app user interface is so much more intuitive to use.Wolfex

Nope
App loses connection and doesn’t even recognize my AP9x upon “quick reload”. Only fix is to delete/reload app and start over.
Ridiculous, especially considering I spent $800 on the light with this specific feature in mind.News hound too

Great Lighting control
Pretty happy on the Kessil home system lighting, control is easy to setup and understand. Haven’t had any issues with the other features either, highly recommendjonathancsullivan
