This app has historically done well. I like it. But lately it crashes every time I open it. I am on the latest version for iOS. Please helpSnotstherot
Decent
The app is decent and syncs easily from the watch. The interface is fairly basic but does the job, though I’m pretty sure the step count and distance given is lower than it actually is as it often doesn’t match the built-in app from my phone. Also, it’s clear that the text in the app isn’t written by a native speaker as there are several instances where it doesn’t quite make sense and impedes understanding – would benefit from being edited by a native English speaker.Show lessEmmaCD96
It's great but I need some guidence!
The watch is amazing but when u click the side button u get options, there's a music option, I wanna add music but I've literally looked everywhere but can't find anything to do with music or how to connect it on the app nor websites, please help! Watch is great. App needs a lot of improvement!!
The watch does everything it’s supposed to do. But the app only half works. It’s not allowing me to log in. There are no extra dials to choose from and the weather won’t load. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times and still get the same results. Not sure that I would recommend only because of the app.Show lessSha-rie

Want to update to the time change and it wants me to re install app but it is not free so not sure if sight has been hacked and I am not going to give out my credit infochatlys

I want to Reconnect My Smartwatch
I connected my smartwatch and lost it. After I found it, the watch had wasn’t properly connected to my phone because the times were different. It didn’t allow me to change it so I decided to forget the device, planning that after I reconnect, it will fix the time. But that wasn’t the case as now I can’t reconnect the watch and it doesn’t let me do anything. Please Help ME!!!!!!!Show lessPharezThePrince

I’ve only had this watch for a few days and for £32 it seems like a steal. Im really chuffed with it. Im sure as more people use it the app will get better. It’s quite basic as is.Lakroberts82
Need help
There’s not a useful help section. This is really good but there’s a part of my watch I don’t know about. On the menu page where the find my phone is and the settings there’s a little picture under the settings some times it’s A water droplet, heart, umbrella or even a heart with wings. What is it?
