I don’t know what to do.
I went into the app, and got my smart ready to get “searched”.. and it didn’t work. I kept trying for 10 min and kept checking if my phone Bluetooth is on. Yes it is, it’s not working!!!What do i do?!?!

Won’t Connect
I don’t know why but it won’t connect to my watch. I’ve tried a couple of times and it did once. Then it disconnects. Over all it’s a really good app! It monitors all of my stuff.Adiris Plauge

I am very disappointed. This watch worked perfectly with my old phone but now that I change my phone I have not been able to connect it to the device and I can not even use it.delorri
Needs work
Just tried the watch while doing a stationary cycle… 15 minutes… the heartbeats per minute count was off by 30% the entire time. Total calories were off by 130.Daarth Mac
It’s does not sync with IPhone health, inaccurate numbers ;(
Unfortunately, the App is quite limited. It’s ok if you interested in step counting. But then again it does not sync with iPhone health properly. And the final numbers differ, it’s not very accurate.

Smart watch
The app doesn’t work even though I’ve just updated it to the latest version today (18 May 2021). It keeps kicking me out so I can’t pull my fitness info off from it as the app just keeps crashing which is really frustrating. It worked all fine before for a few months but now it’s being annoying.
Can you please sort this out? I don’t want to delete the app as it will lose all my information so I can’t track my progress. What’s the solution. Why is it being crap?Show lessmandippy
