Clock faces
This app was running fantastic then all of a sudden I can’t see all of the watch faces.
There is only a select few that I can see.
Please can someone help me out with this?
I have tried going on the app & asking for help but it doesn’t give me the option.

Had this watch for Xmas it was very good at first now it’s all out of sync doesn’t count sleep steps are wrong, and now I’m not getting my notifications from messages, FB, messenger, and phone calls I have to delete the app and reinstall it works for a day or so then it all stops again.
Sort it out please it’s very frustrating!!Show lesslynieP

Is what I expected
The watch is great the app is mediocre. I was a awake for 2 hours as it tracked me as sleeping. Mind you I was playing with my animals at the time. But it tracked my steps through my ‘sleeping moments’Leida Bites

It is such a good app you have to wait for the data to sync from the watch and you can set a steps goal and a profile plus many more but is it waterproof as I don’t want to go in water if it isn’tQueen1756
Update
The reason the app sometimes displays a different step reading to the watch is due to using sport mode such as walking. The app will count the steps completed in sport mode separately from ‘standard steps’ in everyday mode.Mobius Grey
