    I have had multiple other HSAs and used all of their mobile apps prior to Lively. No app compares. Thanks for creating an app that all generations can use and stands out from the rest!

    Log in (Face ID) check your funds, upload receipt, order a debit card, get out. Easy-peasy.
  • Powerful Features and Beautiful Design

    I was funneled into an absolute dinosaur of a banking institution by my employer, but then I found Lively. With this app I can track contributions in a beautiful pie graph and flush spare dollars to a separate TD Ameritrade investment account. But my favorite feature is the ability to document medical expenses and upload corresponding receipts for later reimbursement. This makes it so easy to use a rewards credit card to pay for medial expenses. Also, everybody warns you to take distributions right away if you are bad at record-keeping, because this will keep you out of trouble with the IRS. Yet this app can be one more source of backup for important documents. Anyways, no HSA provider or facilitator that I’ve found is offering the same level of functionality or modernity that is company is, so making them my sole HSA provider was no-brainer for me.

  • Best HSA and Best App In This Market

    First up, the HSA: I’ve had a Lively HSA for a year and I couldn’t be happier. Their user experience is the best in the business from the online dashboards to the customer service when you call. There is nobody better!

    On to the app: Best in the industry and I’ve used many!! You can do almost everything in the app that you can do online in a web browser. I’ve never had a glitch and everything is simple, clean, easy to use and flat out works. And when you need to access your HSA, you really need it to work. Couldn’t be happier. Great job all around Lively!!

  • Inconsistent access

    I was excited and impressed when I first started using the Lively app. Now after almost 3 months of using it, I have lost access to my info 2x.
    It is currently down for the second time. The first time it took 2 emails, a call, and a week to get access to my info. When I called this second time, they said they know it was down on apple products. They were working on it but had no estimate of when I would have access to my info again. Very disappointing.

  • Great App

    Awesome App! I’ve used lively as soon as they created the iOS app and it is an awesome way for me to check on my balances and keep track of my expenses and receipts.
  • Inaccessible since covid-19

    Ever since the market crashed from covid-19 the app doesn't load your balance. I have medical bills to pay and can't even see something as basic as my balance. I'm trying to figure out how to transfer the money to a new HSA to be able to pay my bills. Whatever you do, don't trust this company with your HSA.

  • You money impossible to access

    I tried to use Lively for my medical expenses and high deductible health plan. The investing options don’t interest me, I am sick today and need to use my lively card. After depositing $3k and one month later and the debit card still doesn’t work. I have to upload receipts and reimburse myself paying myself out of a different pocket that is mine but now I don’t have access to. Everyone is eligible for one roll out check to switch HSA providers only once a year so I’m making my next choice to move carefully.

  • Nice

    Great to use with a pleasing UI. Easy to navigate around with no confusing tabs. The only crucial feature it’s lacking is security. I highly advise the team to introduce MFA/2 factor authentication for its users security. Everything else is good.
