Hi Tamar, please email us here @AppSupport@AlticeUsa.com with the following: Error message, along w/error code, User Id, Program name having the issue, Video type (Linear, VOD, DVR). Network (Wifi/Cell), Date/Time of Error (Approximate), Device Model and OS, and a screenshot (if available). Please include reference #174107719.

No need for an app

Why not allow products to work as is!
years from now when this product is not supported anymore the end-user cannot use it but it could still function if they were more liberal with their firmware and their account lockouts
I reached out to their support and they were zero help since I do not have an Altice or Optimum account! Junk!!!
