WiFi connection
I can’t connect the app to the speaker, I don’t have a Altice only Suddenlink WiFi and it doesn’t catch the amplify WiFi. Can you make a update for customers who only have Suddenlink WiFi ?
Unreliable
After 3 days the app stopped working, it can’t connect to the speaker. I did both, the reboot then the reset process, after these, uninstall/reinstall, but the app still can’t connect. I get error messages, with two phone numbers, but their customer service is unreachable. The speaker itself is working, connected to my WiFi and does its job well.

Not working
The app is unable to setup the speaker. Can not open the socket. Very disappointed. Tried for few hours.
Zero support
I just spent three hours trying to set this up. App is confusing and the phone number for support took me to regular Altice support who knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the speaker the app or the set up. No support for. $400+ piece of equipment. This was a miserable experience that you should absolutely avoid. Go buy a sound bar at 1/4th the price or less

Good start
Very easy set up however time to time the app shows no speaker available. I have to close the app out and re-open it to fix. Also a quick suggestion, would be nice if maybe having a widget to be able to control volume quickly without having to go into app.
