Decent pay but treat you like an idiot
Wouldn’t recommend for most jobs gives you poor descriptions with very little info on how to access most places and when you try to reach out to get help they treat you like an idiot for not knowing to access the location with info given like example description told me for a certain lot but have no description on which of 5 gates would be unlocked to get access to the certain lot I needed to go and with the app not give that info or having access to communicate with other employees like such as Instawork it Tend and the only people I can get a hold of is the support that not at the location and a stuck up Lead that just tells you to figure it out or you going to be late for a place I never been to before and you can’t even give feedback to support to have them update description to help other new employees that never been to theses new location for I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to deal with a headache half of the timeShow lessYou will be exploited, and no one will be held accountable.
I started using Qwick just fine, working a couple shifts at a restaurant at a local casino, I liked them and it seems they liked me coming back too. Then I worked at another restaurant at the same casino, terrible experience. The chef expected me to injure myself to serve their orders faster, insisting I grab hot plates out of the salamander before taking a few extra seconds to find protection. The communication was terrible too, never receiving proper instructions on presentation and prep for their items, but of course in their eyes this was my problem when I asked for more direction. Then they refused to give me my break. I brought this up with Qwick and they basically said “sorry that happened but there’s nothing we can do about it.” Worst of all, this restaurant gave me a bad review for not performing despite sabotaging me at every step of the night. Lo and behold I’m not barred from working at EVERY restaurant in this casino. I can’t even be sure there’s humans here looking out for their freelancers because the situation went completely over their head when I brought up the complications of the matter. Now I’ve lost all opportunities to work at the kitchens I performed well in all because of one disgruntled chef.

I was having Issue with my strip account. It must of been 10 months or so since I had worked a shift. In that ten months I cancel a debit card that was stolen from me. Best part is I forgot about that card untilll it was Time for me to get paid. I was frustrated I was not getting any help from PayPal and when I did it was some “expert “ debit card person. She was very arrogant and rude. So I sent a email out to Qwick support and got a respond almost immediately. Then I was helped with my situation and my issue was resolved.
By far Qwick has the best support team. In the heat of that issue I got testy with one of the support staff. The staff member stay calm and mad me calm also.
Just a few minutes ago I was help by a support with a work issue and funding. I just want to first say to Halely, I appreciate the help you gave me. I came to Halely early this morning with my issue with transportation to work. But only needed gas money for that ride. Well Halely was able to reroute my deposit to my debit.
