  • The App Start to have Great Delay or Not Work At All

    The app used to be working properly without very small time delay until recently. Now, the app would either have great time delay for every setting change made on the phone or iPad, or simply won’t set the change and ignore the setting changes. For example, to change the fan speed, i have to try to set it 3-4 times and wait about 10-15 second every time for it to work. It’s weird and the app used to not function this way, must be some changes or updates. Very frustrating when you need 3-4 attempts to just lower temperature.

  • Does NOT work

    First off the AC broke within 10 months so I had to get a new one. Tried setting the new one up to the app, even by doing the mode button at the end of hitting display 6 times that they don’t tell you about, for nothing to work. I understand most ACs don’t provide this feature but since they can’t seem to get it right maybe Friedrich shouldn’t offer it either.

  • Use after one season

    The units themselves are nice. They’re super quiet and get the job done. The app needs some help, especially the delay in changing temperatures. It’s almost painful.

    The dimmer feature that’s on the actual remotes is missing from the app.

    I look forward to future improvements.
