All Data Deleted, Locked Out of Accounts
I have used this app for years and one morning I wake up, open the app, and it’s blank. I thought I had done something wrong so I logged out and back in and nothing. I saw other reviews of the same issue. I looked at what the developers said and they said to update to 110.4, so I did and still not fixed. I saw another dev reply and they asked to email them for help. I emailed them very respectfully and two days went by and no reply. I followed up saying that I have been waiting patiently and please help and two days later I have still heard nothing. This is extremely disappointing. I understand mistakes happen but at this point with no reply I’m rating this app a 1 and lower if it was possibly. This type of app is not a place to make this type of mistake and not help the users. Deleted all data on latest update
Do not trust this app with your data. The latest update deletes all your data. So disappointed.CGhouly
No longer open source plus update deletes everything
App was great for years. It has since then changed ownership and no word on the future of this being open source software anymore. Also the new update deletes all previous data (made it easier for me to make the decision to switch really 🤷♂️). Luckily I make a backup JSON file regularly so I was able to easily switch to another open source app called 2Fas. 2Fas works great and there is another open source app I will be trying out called Ente Auth. If you only use Apple products then Tofu is also another good open source option. You have options to switch and this new update with it deleting everything just makes for an easier decision to switch 👍.Show lessjt926dirtbike
They Ruined it
I got Raivo years ago as it was open source and came highly recommended. That is no longer that case. The latest updates have rendered the service basically unusable and if that wasn’t enough they now want you to pay for the pile of hot garbage. I’ve jumped ship and highly recommend you don’t get on either. Go elsewhere. Way to ruin something good.Show lessProcessfailed
Stay away! Updates have wiped out access to account
Title says it all. This product in my opinion is not stable. I would advise staying away.TWBack
Removed access to existing codes
Raivo deployed an update that removed access to existing tokens unless you had backed up your account and remembered your backup password. Suffice to say, this made it impossible for many people to log in to their password managers, emails, bank accounts, and more. Do not trust.
Developer releases broken update locking countless users out of their 2FA accounts - banking, email, investments, you name it. Some updates have been pushed but many including myself still have no access to any codes.
Developer has also deleted previous negative App Store reviews, disabled discussions on their GitHub page, and more. Absolutely deplorable behaviour.Show lessConnor Gilkinson

Deleted all data, nearly locked out of accounts
Do not trust this app anymore. I had loved this alternative of 2FA, but now it had deleted my data on an update. The new company this app was sold to is focused about product image instead of gracefully handling the situation. This has been used for my password manager, and thank heavens I have a backup key otherwise I would have been locked out of everything in my life. I’m sorry to every one else going through their lost data. 2FA isn’t something a company can mess up and just say sorry for, people’s data and digital lives can depend on this.Show less7grant2
lost all accounts
Lost access to all my accounts due to app update deleting all my authentication data. It’s especially concerning that they’ve had their rating summary reset to hide their mistake. I’m currently looking for an alternative authenticator app, I suggest you do the same.CaptMadness
