Idk if it was a bug in a update or something but I lost all my accounts and so did everyone else. Do not use this 2faoxmidnight

Ah yes, I love when a company buys a product, breaks everything to the point that it results in user data loss, and expects everyone to forget and “enjoy new features!”….for a 2fa app……(simplicity is why most liked this app from what I can tell!)
I wish I had something else to recommend, but I will be searching for another app myself here. Privacy focused Reddit may have a new recommendation as this used to be the one.Show lessYour average Crafter

This app used to be a great open source OTP manager but got bought and suddenly all my data got wiped with no way of recovery
Edit: just wanted to come back here after the laughable response from the developer team. Your app had one purpose and somehow you managed to mess it up in the worst way possible. No one cares about your new and exciting features coming up because you have tarnished the little remaining credibility that your app and company as a whole had. To all the people thinking about downloading this app: Don’t!! Find an alternative. This company is shady and cannot be trusted.

Dear user, As of July of last year, the app has a new owner. It is important to save your keys in the event of such changes. Following an update, the app now requires signing in with a new provisioning profile, which may have led to the loss of keys. If you used the iCloud sync function or exported your keys while remembering your Masterkey, all your OTP will now be restored. We are actively working to fully grasp the situation and prevent any similar issues in the future. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that we are working on exciting new features that will be released next week. Horrifying update experience
Routine app updates happened and on launch, Raivo acted like it was doing first-time install. Forgotten PIN, Face ID off; just lucky I did have the codes backed up and remembered the master password.
It's hard to break trust more than that - completely forgetting you've ever been installed on a device and resetting to default is a huge a fail as is really possible.

UPDATE: Raivo just erased all of my 2FA OTPs—impossible to recover. Now I can't access my email, my bank, anything! Thanks! If you like living in constant fear of losing access to everything, Raivo is for you! Previously rated 5 stars, but since Raivo erased everything I can no longer recommend. Bye! The ability to backup or export to archive (without cloud) is great. Nice interface, supports touch/face ID – amazingly the only OTP app I could find that doesn't steal/spy/sell/snitch it's users' secrets and trust.Show lessjoel.biz

I have never experienced such negligence and utter incompetence than using this app to have it delete all of my 2fa keys without even notifying me of it happening. I will never use this app again and I will never recommend it to anyone. I am in utter disbelief that they could of allowed this to happen to so many users. They have unfortunately ended their business as almost no one trusts them anymore.Show lessN3lls

Poor ownership of this app has led to myself and countless others losing all 2fa history. I was shocked to open the app and see everything was gone. Great that a backup option was added now for the new fleet of users after burning every pre-existing one, suggestion for everyone to avoid this app at all costs now and in the foreseen future.Show less...@"
Tokens all lost after update.
As others are reporting, a recent update deleted all of my sign in tokens. I can no longer sign in to my email, my long time GitHub account, and more. Worse still, Mobime’s response to poor feedback regarding this debacle has been to blame users for things such as not maintaining an awareness that the company has changed hands.
