All Tokens Vanished
After recent update, all my tokens vanished. Developer said to choose the iCloud storage provider using our MASTERKEY. I tried several things that should have been the MASTERKEY, none of them worked. At the moment, I’ve lost access to all the accounts I had. To the developer, please just revert to the last fully functional version of the app before this nonsense all started.Show lessGgOTi

Even after the update, my vault is empty. That's ~10 accounts I'm locked out of to whatever degree (I think I can access them eventually, but it'll take time). This house of cards, relying on computers for more and more, is not worth it.

Completely unacceptable.
Company was purchased without notifying users then abruptly nuked tokens last night. Wasted my entire morning resetting all my 2FA and switching providers.
This app has been solid for a very long time, it’s sad to see it go to some greedy dev turning it into a subscription service.arluke
Totally screwed
Pushing an update which informs the user to backup their data prior to the next update is USELESS if the user has auto-updates turned on. Pretty neat to open the app and be greeted with a subscription model and when I skip past that screen all of my totp codes are wiped from my device.

I don’t have my codes backed up to iCloud because this was a local service. Shame on me for not exporting them more routinely to a zip, I guess. Shame on you for wiping data from my device without my consent.

Company bought it out. Forces you to reconfigure app. OTP import/export is feature gated behind a paywall. 20$/year or something for an otp appc pretty insane considering 1Password which does it all is $36. Pretty sure this type of feature regression is illegal in places like Australia. Good thing I had a backup.Show less_ashtonian
All 2FA are gone
Randomly tried to get a 2FA for one of my accounts today to find this app has completely wiped anything I had setup. Every site I had 2FA setup for is not in here. On the latest version, no warning at all about any changes. I'm not sure what you all were thinking...
Edit: due to now being locked out of multiple accounts until I hear back from their support teams, I decided to report this app. Whatever solution you're proposing is not working for me and this just felt so scummy and unnecessary. Avoid: Long-time user before it was acquired
No communication of the transition, no ability to export your codes without paying and subscribing now. Deleted all app ratings and GitHub discussions. This makes them look really shady, so I can’t trust them with account information any longer.bbbanda
Horrible app now
They app is horrible since being bought out by this shady company. It’s all pay walled now. Or at least it will be when they work out the bugs. It was rolled back to a previous version due to bugs and deleting people’s OTPs and back ups. So if you are currently using this app I suggest exporting your seeds and moving to another provider before they paywall it again.Show lessBigBoss1197
All data gone
Have used this app for quite a while. My codes have always been in the app without issue.
They are all gone now, now I have to go through the disaster of trying to regain access to my accounts.

Raivo was a free and open source 2 Factor Authentication App for iOS, but recently and without any transparency, they were bought out by some random company and moments later the app was unusable. This was extremely shady and if you did use this app before I strongly recommend resetting all of your codes and moving to a new app.
For me when the app was automatically updated all of my codes were lost. Thankfully I had my recovery codes for the services that I used.
Bottom line is DO NOT TRUST THIS APP OR IT’S DEVELOPERS.
They also recently reset all the reviews for this app as it was brought down to a 1 star rating after the acquisition. More reason not to trust this new company.Show lessaquacharge
