Update Lost All Data
A recent update wiped out all of my data. Fortunately I still had the master key and a backup file, but the app couldn’t even load the backup file. The app gives the error “Could not parse JSON”, but I was able to unzip the file on my laptop and the backup JSON is a valid JSON file.
Prior to this I used the app for years and loved it. It’s open source and I really do appreciate the work the developers put in to it. However given the recent data loss I’m not sure I can recommend it. If you do use it, make sure to save your master key and take regular backups. Fortunately the back up file is just a zip file with a JSON file in it. You can just pull the secrets from the JSON file to import your keys in to a different app.Show lesslilwilbs
Data loss after update
All tokens and data wiped after the last update. Used to be open source, sold to Mobime in 2023. Do not recommend, find an alternative. Have you considered Bitwarden Authenticator?fill1890

Deleted all my tokens without warning
This app was recently sold by the author to Mobime, another developer. Shortly afterwards, the app updated itself and deleted all my tokens. The import/export functions are now paid features - this is simply extortion. Many users have complained about the same problems and are trying to get the app removed from the Apple Store. I have zero trust in the app and developer and will be using another 2FA app.Show lessBluto32

I discovered when I tried to use one of my codes that all of my data was gone. Apparently this app has been sold to someone shady, but even if it hadn’t, I would never trust them again.Ben428

How can you possibly screw up the primary function of an app this badly? All of the 2FA accounts I had set up are no where to be seen, and I am clearly not the only one affected.DerpC4

Ravio is now Malware on your device
They deleted my account. I cannot log in. I submitted a support request and it was closed without an answer. I will report this to Apple. This app is malware and has access to your personal data.
Delete the app, tell everyone who used it.
Ravio that once allowed local storage now charges for everything, yes even local storage they pay NOTHING for.
I am beyond upset.
Third parties bought the app, updated it to Malware, and deleted your 2FA.
