Found Raivo when looking for an alternative to the ubiquitous Google suite, and I believe it’s so much better! It’s secure and yet easy to use. Installing on a new device is simple, with all your data resorted.BDWeight
Lost all my OTP data on update
I used this app for a few years and recently they sold to another company. That new company pushed and update that wiped all my OTP data without any warning.
Luckily I did have a backup, but it was not fully up to date. So it has caused a headache, but not a total disaster. I'm sure others aren't so fortunate.

Destroyed by greed
In July 2023 raivo was sold to mobime. Since then its all gone downhill. Their GitHub is no longer up to date and mobime disabled discussions when they were unable to clarify users’ privacy concerns. The last straw for me came when I logged on to see all of my keys gone. Luckily I had a backup. But in the same update, Importing and exporting keys has been paywalled. They have disabled comments on their recent Twitter (X) posts too. I’ve now moved to another open source app. 2FA is built on trust, Raivo and mobime have lost all of mine.Show lessSubset7
It was amazing until now
This app used looks great and is easy to use. But today it decided to erase all my accounts and luckily I had a second 2FA software on my desktop so I don’t have to reset all my accounts everywhere.rodrigotakehara
Deleted all my codes.
Don't download this app. It deleted all my 2FA codes and I was permanantly locked out of many valuable accounts. This app destroyed my trust in using 3rd-party 2FA. From now on, I'll just use my phone number for verification.Neon Studios2
Can’t trust this app anymore!
Deleted all my keys with no prior notification. It’s really a shame what was done to my go to recommendation because this was the only usable, source available authentication app available for the iOS.ltlpwl
Lost access to my Bitwarden password manager thanks to this app!
Based on these other reviews, it looks like Raivo deleted all of my OTP data and locked my account. If you're looking for a good authenticator app, look elsewhere. I've switched to 2FAS which has been great, and heard good things about Ente.Ian O'Keefe
