Screw you Raivo. Got the new update and lost EVERYTHING
I am so p*ssed off at these idiots. I just opened the app on iOS and guess what? All my authentication tokens…. All 25 of them…. GONE. This app totally screwed me over and many, many others. NOBODY SHOULD EVER USE THIS APP. Pure garbage and a scam. The useless developers do not give a F as well. I am so mad at these idiots.Show lessCun7 Destroyer

If you have used iCloud as a storage option, you can simply reinstall Raivo or use the reset button on the settings page. If you have a backup file created using Raivo, you can also recover your keys. Please note that the Master key for both offline and iCloud options is necessary. With the purchase of this app by some random shady entity, my account’s tokens were deleted and now I am struggling to access many accounts. This is shameful and Apple should ban this app.JimmyBoy2024

We previously announced the situation and have been diligently working to resolve the issues and enhance Raivo's functionality. We continue to work daily to add more features and address any issues reported by our users. For those using the offline key storage method, we recommend regularly backing up your keys or storing your backup keys in a secure location. Additionally, you have the option to use iCloud to share your keys across all your Apple devices as long as they are connected using the same Apple ID. This used to be open source, dev sold out and gave it a money milking useless company who then pushed an update that wiped everyone’s tokens. Luckily I wasn’t too horribly effected, but many others were locked out of critical accounts. Reckless and comedically inept devs. Shame on you Mobime.Rovono

Dear user, Raivo will remain open source, and all the code is available on our GitHub repository as before. Due to the loss of keys, we have announced a migration which has only affected users who use the offline method. The offline method solely relies on the offline backup that users should and must do since the whole purpose of Raivo is that users have the full control over their data. Users who utilize the iCloud recovery method have had a smooth experience without any issues. We continue to work on improving the application daily and would appreciate your support as we add many amazing features. I really liked this until they deleted all my (and everyone else’s) 2fa which locked me out of all my accounts. With the same update they started asking for money and made it no longer open source. Move your 2fa to a different service asap.1983 Unimog 1300 Firetruck

Dear user, Raivo will always remain open source. You can find everything in our repository on Github. The recent issue occurred because the app was signed with a different developer certificate after we acquired Raivo last year. We are actively working to improve Raivo so that this type of issue will not happen again. If you have used iCloud, all of your keys can be recovered, just like other users have experienced.
