BMPRO - JayCommand
Showed up this weekend and the screen is stuck on a loading screen (BMPRO). Have unplugged to try and reset but nothing within the camper console will work. Luckily my phone works!
Customer service says wait 3 business days…don’t have time for that since I am only at my camper on the weekends!
Very frustrating and need help ASAP!

Hi, it sounds like the thermistors for the outside and inside were installed incorrectly. To fix this issue, locate the JAYCOMMAND node and swap the thermistor wires to their correct locations. The JAYCOMMAND node is labeled with what wires are for what thermistor. You will be looking to swap 53- EXT TEMP and 54- EXT GROUND with 47- A/C 1 TEMP and 48- A/C 1 GROUND respectively. Clearing app data and updating the system may fix the issues you are experiencing with cloud and AGS. Thank you for your enhancement request, currently, we only display an orange information triangle on the tank page and home page tank tile when there is full grey or black tank or when the fresh tank is empty.
