Won’t update unless you have perfect signal.

The firmware update keeps failing, even if you don’t want to update the firmware you cant still use the application for anything. I have decent cell service, tried uninstalling and reloading app nothing just keep failing now it’s completely unusable.

BM pro panel

Not easy to navigate on the given panel, if you have to set a zero point for leveling it can only be done from a synced device.

Firmware never updates

Great app when it works but it won’t update the firmware. Tried disconnecting both shore power and 12volt but system just didn’t work. Don’t recommend to anyone.

OK - When it works

The app requires a “firmware” update, but if you try download the update it fails. Not sure if this is a random problem, apple phone / ios specific problem or app problem.

The app itself does what it supposed to do when it did work.

BMPRO - JayCommand

This technology would be so cool if it worked consistently.

Showed up this weekend and the screen is stuck on a loading screen (BMPRO). Have unplugged to try and reset but nothing within the camper console will work. Luckily my phone works!

Customer service says wait 3 business days…don’t have time for that since I am only at my camper on the weekends!

Very frustrating and need help ASAP!

bad review number 2!

not sure why my first review didnt make it on here..so here goes again..i have written to the developers several times and no response..there is a problem with the temps being switched so it reads the outside temp as inside and visa versa..im on a Jayco forum and that seems to be a common problem..seems to me a company that has their system in so many trailers is a larger company and would be concerned about issues like that..or maybe they dont care since we are pretty much stuck using it..sad either way

Hi, it sounds like the thermistors for the outside and inside were installed incorrectly. To fix this issue, locate the JAYCOMMAND node and swap the thermistor wires to their correct locations. The JAYCOMMAND node is labeled with what wires are for what thermistor. You will be looking to swap 53- EXT TEMP and 54- EXT GROUND with 47- A/C 1 TEMP and 48- A/C 1 GROUND respectively. For node location or wire color information, please call Jayco Customer Service at 1 (800) 283-8267.

2020 Pinnacle

We’ve had our fifth wheel for about a yr with the app and I still can’t control the system when I’m away or control the generator with auto settings from the pad on the wall or the app. Would also like to receive push notifications about tanks being full. Since the last update it has had a glitch when I just open the app it automatically goes back to the settings from the night before turning on my ac and turning on furnace heat when those aren’t my choices. But other than that it has been great being able to control lights, air and slides from within my rig or not to far from it outside.

Clearing app data and updating the system may fix the issues you are experiencing with cloud and AGS. Thank you for your enhancement request, currently, we only display an orange information triangle on the tank page and home page tank tile when there is full grey or black tank or when the fresh tank is empty. We will review your request.

Update the app for the new iso

They need to update the app for the new iPhone iso. You’re not able to use any of the cloud features, it just locks up and won’t let you change any setting remotely and just reset back to the last setting.

Works Great

We use this in our Northpoint 387RDFS and its awesome. When your feeling lazy its nice to be able to adjust heat or air from the bed . Can also adjust all the lights. Have it connected to wifi in our campground and can have the camper cooled off or heated up by the time we arrive. We use the optional propane and temperature sensors as well. The only reason i gave 4 stars is that it needs some time of audible or visible notification when temperature goes outside of adjustable min and max. As it is you have to monitor app for the warning icon.
