  • LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING

    When I first downloaded this app, I thought “great! This app sounds amazing”. It asked me all of the usual; weight, height, age, goals/aims so I put it all in and was happy because it was going to make the workout personal to me.

    But then I clicked next and it was asking me to pay several pounds per month?! HELL NO. I’m only 14 years old and I don’t want to be paying several pounds per month because I’m an unemployed child! DO NOT USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY £3/£4/£5 per month. Instead, you can use a much better app that I found: “30 Day Fitness”, I think it’s way better 🙂

    Our app offers a free trial subscription and provides full subscription information. App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them in iTunes Subscriptions. This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. You can also review or cancel subscription using a link provided in the Subscription Confirmation email.
  • Awesome app!

    I downloaded this spontaneously from an ad that popped up on Instagram! I usually don’t leave reviews but this app is EXACTLY what I wanted. Someone to show you how, and so many different categories to choose from! I love that it also times your workout. Love love love can’t recommend this app enough. Awesome job.

  • Will not let me cancel

    Tried three times to cancel, sent an email to the support. There’s no way to cancel in the app, and my subscription which I didn’t want/couldn’t fit into the budget, isn’t showing up in my AppleID, and they sent me the same email about how to go into iTunes and cancel, I went to iTunes, I went into my Settings/AppleID, nothing. It doesn’t show up. I just wanted the free trial and I DID TRY to cancel before the trial was up, I just want a refund.

  • No Refund??

    I have tried to cancel by subscriptions and I can’t. I’ve tried to get a refund, only because I didn’t mean to purchase the app, and I can’t. The app doesn’t show up in your list of subscriptions so you can do so .
  • Visuals and Tracking - exactly what I needed

    This exercise app is exactly what I need to stay on track. Visual examples, timed, and progress tracked... im so satisfied.
  • Just getting over Back surgery

    I am enjoying the workouts. However I need to be able to adjust the workout as to not hurt my back. I had back surgery 7 months ago and I’m still recovering. So I would like to be able to have some workout that won’t put to much of a strain on it. Thank you.

    When it says free... it isn’t free! You have to pay for subscription to be able to work out! Highly would NOT recommend!

  • Won’t let me cancel

    I tried cancelling my free trial three days before it ended because I didn’t like the app and it won’t let me cancel!! They always send the same email talking about Apple support and canceling in settings or the App Store but each time I tell them it doesn’t show up they don’t reply and send the same automated message over and over again!! It said if there is no cancel trial option then it’s already cancelled but there’s not even a HitFit SUBSCRIPTION showing up so that means this is through the app!! I don’t even wanna hear some excuse because even my Apple support guide told me the subscription wasn’t through iTunes but through the app and there’s no charge on my iTunes. They charged me yesterday when it wouldn’t even let me CANCEL. I WANT A REFUND.

    they market themselves as a free app and that you can cancel your subscription before you have to pay, and then they make it unbelievably difficult to do that and you have to call their customer support centre to cancel the subscription. they charged me $160 only a week after having downloading the app, only opened it once, without me knowing and denied me a refund. complete scam, don't waste your money!!

    Our app does not trick users - it offers a free trial subscription and provides full subscription information. App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them in iTunes Subscriptions. This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. You can also review or cancel subscription using a link provided in the Subscription Confirmation email. App subscriptions will automatically be renewed if they are not canceled more than 24 hours before renewal date. You can cancel the app subscription in your iTunes Settings (deleting the app will not automatically stop your subscription). Please kindly refer to this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTYOGxocu2o. You can also follow these steps to cancel your App Store subscription: 1. Start "Settings" app on your Home Screen and tap your name on top of the screen; 2) Tap Subscriptions' button; 3) Tap the subscription you want to cancel; 4) Tap 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom (or 'Cancel Trial' button if trial subscription was started) and then tap 'Confirm' button. If you don't have 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Trial' button on the subscription management screen, then your App Store subscription will not be automatically renewed once over.
