App could be simplified to order
The app should be simplified to be able to change the quantity of each flavor, rather than having so many sections to scroll down and add additional quantities of the same flavor. Items misspelled also!
Excellent
Great food, highest quality, even better friendly service
New app is terrible
The new app forces you a minimum order for pickup which is rediculous. You can’t buy less than half a dozen by the bag. If you try to you have to jump through hoops just to get a bagel not toasted in a bag. As a loyal customer of 20 years at this particular Manhattan Bagel, I’m going to start going elsewhere. There are too many choices now. Sorry Manhattan. Bye.

App is weird
I entered my order and then it would delete it, telling me the menu had changed. I had to re enter my order three times before it finally worked
Jerry is excellent! App needs improvement
I am extremely impressed by the customer service at the Manhattan Bagel 18th street location - namely Jerry! Rough week trying to get a bakers dozen delivered for an Easter Brunch. The app mistakenly had Easter Sunday as an option for delivery and he called me personally within the hour to apologize/have me cancel through the app then reorder for Saturday. There was no option for me to cancel myself so I was in contact with the Chownow Virtual assistant through text several times/3 different helpers over the next day or two (every time a conversation closes or you dont answer for a certain period, you are disconnected/reconnected with a new helper once you text back). The assistants and I were repeatedly trying to call the restaurant to no avail as they were extremely busy.
In the meantime a very kind lady from the café called and offered to cancel the Sunday order but for some reason it was not accomplished as Jerry called me again (now Thursday) to follow up and apologize that he was still seeing both. This time he noticed I was ordering 13 individual bagels and suggested that I try one more time and order the value pack. He shared that since the app doesnt allow you to select more than one of each flavor in the value pack, I could just choose 13 flavors and write my special instructions in the notes. He then read my exact order to me and said not to worry because he had it written down to reference after he cancels the first two attempts. He also sent a confirmation text once the first two orders were cancelled and another once he saw my FINAL new order.
The app needs some updates and Jerry needs a raise!

Won’t let me buy anything
This stupid app won’t let me buy anything under 7.98 and I had to spend 20 bucks just to get a bagel
Excellent app and food!
Love Manhattan Bagels and the app is fantastic! I especially like the new feature where you can add hash browns to your order. Well done!
All time favorite
Beside the delicious bagels the staff members always kind and
menu doesn’t make sense
If my sandwich order includes it coming on a specific bagel (Ex. Jalapeño bagel), why do I need to select a bagel to order it? Also the Jalapeño bagel isn’t listed as an option even though I know they carry it. Their website is the same way… needs to be fixed.
Hard to order
Can’t choose which kinds of bagels in a dozen
