Customer Service Is Terrible
Customer service is only there to protect the company. When hurricane helene winds hit my city it did alot of damage people power was out trees were stuck in the road even some places was flooded but since I didn’t message my customers to let them know I wouldn’t be there to service your lawn which was obvious it been heavy rain and winds for days they charged me for late fees and wouldn’t reimburse me so I had to cut a few yards for free to get my account out the negative and customer service didn’t help resolve the situation they told me what the policy states and that’s it never showed concern for the providers or customer

This app is a game changer! Job offers come up and no matter what you get paid! They have great customer support to help you with any needs you may have. You have a dashboard where it shows all your work history and earnings then you have a claim area to claim any job you feel like you can take on!! Just all around an amazing app and gets five stars from me, would give it more if I could!!

Great For Extra Income
Lawnguru has done a good job of cultivating their customer base, enabling providers and contractors plenty of opportunity to utilize their service to make extra money and fill in the income gaps within their growing businesses. Lawnguru has helped us tremendously, especially in areas where we have wanted to grow into but havent been able to produce enough results on our own to make it worth while. Whether you want a few extra lawns or jobs to make some money or need to fill in some missing income, lawnguru is a great choice with great support behind it

Been using LawnGuru for few years now. Made it real easy to get started again with Landscaping and Lawncare. Can pick up lawns on day by day basis, and have a weekly route. Makes it really easy to be able to switch days or skip due to weather or equipment issues.

I’ve used lawn guru this season an I must say it has been a great addition to my schedule, with the drought this year I was able to stay busy with the app when I had to put my normal customers on hold. There are a few things that I would like to see be fixed/ changed but overall very happy with the app

i like the app they pay quick and keep me busy!! Never had an issue with them only if you dont cut the lawn you will get a charge. Just communicate with customer an show up.

LawnGuru has been a great companion for my lawn care business. It’s helped me to pick up new customers to fill in open spots in my schedule. They’ve always paid me within a day or two of a completed job, pay is on a ‘per job’ basis..no waiting a week or more for payment, which is one of my favorite parts of working with them. Adjusting schedule when needed within the app is a breeze as well. LawnGuru is a great addition to any lawn care service!
