One of the best workout apps I've ever used, thank you so much for the content, it's amazing. I've been doing workouts for now 2 weeks, I do it only twice a week during weekends and now my body is so in shape!!! My metabolism is way faster, I would never imagined that and also I didn't have the best week, didn't do any workout and I stayed in shape. I am the same weight as before but my body is so different and way healthier, thank you so much, now my muscles that I've been working out for longer are showing.

I love the routine cause is really fresh and healthy. I have trouble fitting all of that into a 9-5 lifestyle which is the one that most of us live but definitely do-able. I workout 5 times a week so I'm not excusing myself here just keeping perspective that even though this daily fitness routine is top notch, it takes a lot of time that some of us don't have. The app helps me to stay on a healthy track.

Helped me get stronger
I have used other workout apps but this one is the best by far. It is very useful and has definitely helped me get stronger. I like how you can access all of the features of the app. It is easy to navigate and overall a great app.

Going to gym is very expensive and time consuming if there is no gym near you. This is by far the best app I ever purchased. It doesnβt help to tone up your body. First week can be very difficult for people who absolutely got no muscle or strength in the body. I usually do my best and do not miss a day. It is difficult but the result is worth it. Thanks for great app!

I've worked with a personal trainer on and off for 2 yrs now and I usually do my own thing during the off moments. Thought i'd give this a try even though i've been skeptical of apps... the SlimQueen is great for home trainings! It's just like having her right there. The timers, the workouts, keeping track of your progress and what's left.

I used to train 4-5 days a week but work and life started to get in the way so I gave up, everything seems so daunting when you're starting again. Iβve tried some apps before but most are not motivating. This time I'm taking it seriously and it has been a blast so far, the workouts are straightforward and doable so this time around I am loving it. I am back to consitantly training and i couldn't be happier.

Beginner to advanced this app has everything for everyone, right at your finger tips. I've started to use post partum program, and now continue with personal plan and there's still more programs to choose from! I can't wait to try them all once my third and last baby is sleeping thru the night. For now it has everything and more that I need to stay motivated while working out from home. Thank you!
