App fundamentals are fantastic, aesthetics makes it very hard to use
I love mostly everything about the app but all the confusing and unnecessary colorful design choices makes it so clunky to use. I love color in app, don’t get me wrong but it’s so wrong here. Such a shame!

Great app for those who avoid social media
I really love this app so far. I don't do social media, so this is a great way to be reminded to stay in touch with people in my life that I don't see in person as much. The free version is good for me right now, but the paid has some features that others may want. I would like to see a one time upgrade option rather than a monthly/annual recurring subscription.

Can't log in + more account trouble
THE app wouldn't let me log into my apple made account, at all, so I made one with my phone number. But then it wouldn't allow me to add my email or a password. Then I couldn't log into that same account. The log in button just wouldn't do anything. So now I'm stuck with two accounts that I cannot use and can't log into either. Also none of the info I tried to add to either account while I was logged in, such as birth date, would not save no matter how many times I hit save. Next time I opened the app: gone. Very frustrated.

If only…
Fabriq’s not bad, but if there were a way to have custom circles, groups or even tags (so I could quickly identify and reach out to contacts around shared interests), I would subscribe right now and tell everyone I know to do the same.
Build intentional relationships
I started using Fabriq during the pandemic to encourage me to get out of my isolation. It is exactly what I needed and easy to use with all the features I could ask for. I like that you can take notes and keep track of gift ideas. Especially valuable to me is the analytics of number of days between connections and how many times I’ve reached out to other people this month. That helps me set goals and be mindful of how much time passes between talking to someone. It always amazes me how quickly the time goes! An added bonus for me is that, when I feel alone or don’t know who to reach out to, I can go to the app and be reminded of all the important people I have in my life. I highly recommend Fabriq to anyone looking to build intentional, meaningful relationships.

Hey AnnMarie! We're thrilled Fabriq has been such a great tool in your tool belt! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. :)
Asks for payment
Before you can do anything, you need to register an account (which should’ve already told me the experience will be annoying) - then after adding people you want to keep in touch with, it asks you to sign up for a free Pro trial or to start paying for the Pro account. Yeah, I am not prepared to sign up for anything without reading reviews or testing. Seeing as there was no way to continue on the free account, so I couldn’t even assess the thing, and deleted it.

Used to be better
I appreciate that fabriq is updating and trying to make changes but I MUCH preferred it when it was simpler. I deleted other social media and love it for keeping myself updated on friends both with and without other social media. I’ve suggested it to quite a few people over the past year. HOWEVER, now it’s so colorful that it’s hard to see what’s going on - it has so many tabs that it’s not as user friendly now - you have to click multiple places and multiple times to fill out your connection history - the amount of time it takes to update a connection made makes me just not open the app anymore. Also it lags TERRIBLY now. Please go back to simple white background and one or two clicks to update contact logs!

Seems to be getting worse
Hey guys,
I really love the concept of this app and was happy to spend the subscription as I’ve been trying be more diligent at staying touch.
That being said, I was worn down by the poor UI/UX of the app. I’ve never written a review of an app before, but care about this idea being delivered better so wanted to hopefully give some useful feedback.
- New design update is super bright and makes an already crowded and confused UI even more intimidating
- Feature overload - I would strip this right back to the most useful features and double down on making this simple, easy and rewarding
- Notification napalm - take it easy and make it fun.
- Way too many options for interaction, simplify the UX - perhaps it could be stepwise rather than having everything crowded on one screen.
Would love to come back so will keep an eye on how you guys are doing!

Really helpful app!
I’ve been using this app for a couple months now, they recently had a redesign and I absolutely love it!
The new version is much more clean and to the point. When I open the app all I want to see clearly if who I’m contacting today with any notes, and that’s what it does.
I looked into 4/5 other similar apps for keeping track of my personal contacts and this one was by far the simplest and best for me. I love that it shows me about two people to reach out to per day max. It’s excellent really.
I currently use the free version (for under 30 contacts). I’d like to add more but £5, price similar to a Netflix subscription, seems a little excessive for an app that sends reminders.
I love that it gives some conversation starters and that you can take notes after each interaction with a contact. I can currently link/integrate with iMessage - I would love to see it link to WhatsApp, that would be useful as most people here in the U.K. use WhatsApp for messaging!
Overall it’s a great app, I’m really happy with it and will enjoy using it for tracking my connections.

Can’t create an account
Great idea for an app but sadly it won’t let me create an account. I typed in all my details and pressed the Create Account button, but the link appears to be broken as nothing happened. Tried simpler passwords without special characters and still nothing. I’m on iOS 14.4
