Hi Natasha. Sincere apologies for the late response, we understand that you would like to cancel your subscription. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the subscription on our end as this is down to the Apple Play store's policy. Hi Mommombedford, we're so sorry to hear about the experience you've had. This is not what we're striving for. Unfortunately we had some issues with the app, which we've been urgently fixing. We've fixed many issues over the past 2 weeks, please do give the app another try.
