  • Love the Exercises Available

    I just wish there were more exercises that were available on the “free” plan. I don’t have the money to purchase the yearly plan although I absolutely would in a heartbeat because there are so many tools available that sound amazing. I’m just now starting to really dip my toes into CBT and this app has helped a TON already. I was able to successfully untwist a “fortune-telling” prediction and that was fantastic. Still giving it 4 stars for even the limited content that is provided because it is absolutely worth it 💛
  • Pretty Good

    I don’t really have any complaints, I like the app and that it has many options and you can choose the percentages of how you feel to make a diary of whatever your feeling that day. It’s better that it reminds me too because I have memory issues and barely take my own meds so having the reminder to do it helps too. I haven’t really ventured outside the diary part because it costs money but it looks great overall tbh.
  • Great app for anxiety and mindfulness

    I have been using this app for over two years now. I really like it. Inputting your daily notes really helps to connect with yourself, your inner thoughts and helps with nicety by doing this. This is a great app, well put together with great features. You do not need to pay to get good things out of this app. If you writer on it daily it will definitely help you with your anxiety and self doubts.
