Useless
I have an ad for cloud storage that completely fills my screen! I cannot view or do anything to my cameras as I cannot close this ad! Am absolutely fuming!Rubbish......
This is one of the worst applications ever for ad violation. On my iPad I get ads for cloud storage that completely fill my screen and stop me for accessing the camera. Please don’t buy a camera that requires IPC360 or you will be disappointed. Even on iPhone you can access the camera but the ad nearly fills the screen. I can’t understand how a reputable software company could have missed this terrible user experience.Show lessOkay
Fine for spying on my tortoise. But, image quality needs to be better.Avoid this camera
The negative reviews are accurate. The camera is fine, but the required software is total garbage and almost impossible to get connected, all while crashing continuously on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.
After purchasing a Victure camera and being completely disappointed with the experience, I left an honest review. Victure reached out and sent another camera, saying it was updated, but it was the same garbage. Then they continuously requested I delete the negative review, even offering to refund my money if I would agree to delete the review. I refused, my review still stands.

Why is there a pop up that comes up that can not be closed so annoying!!!Won’t work at all!
I’ve had this app since October and it’s nothing but problems. I’m done dealing with this so I’m sending the camera back to get one that actually does what it’s supposed to!!Bugs still present. Disappointing
Have paid for cloud storage to enable me to search back at footage however when I chose a date the recording just reverts back to now. So I ask why have I paid for the cloud storage ??? I have also recently added a second camera but it seems I have to pay for cloud storage again for this one as I can’t link the 2 clouds together. I’ve tried the 360home app and that has exactly the same problems. Ive emailed numerous times - no response. With the latest update, it displays an advert for the free cloud storage that pretty much fills the screen on my iPad mini, with no way of getting rid of it so I’m unable to select anything under it. UnusableKeeps logging out
When a saw the latest update with bug fixes I was hopeful that it would fix the issue with constantly logging out of the feed but alas it hasn’t.
Picture is nice and clear plus the camera interface works being able to move the camera but it constantly logs out so it’s only getting 2 stars.
App support is non existent as they never reply and is in Chinese I think because I can’t read Chinese!

This morning I noticed there was an odd message at the top of the IPC360 app on my iPhone saying that it “pasted from my Mac book laptop.” This has not appeared before. I don’t even have the app installed on my laptop. What is happening and the fix for it?
