So difficult to connect
Once it’s connected, the camera view is really great. But the headache that goes into setting it up is the worst, especially when using it as a baby monitor and traveling with it and trying to get it set up quickly for bedtime.
It takes forever to connect to WiFi. It wouldn’t even show up as a WiFi to connect via phone so I had to try it wirelessly which still wouldn’t connect. It’s connected before so I don’t know why it won’t now. The app is slow.Show lessfjaiskvnejf
Poopy app
Completely froze my phone it wouldn’t let me leave app or even restart my phone had to let my phone die from the flash lightkawia182
Not compatible with current iOS update
The app has refused to even load over the last week, then this afternoon it froze the iPhone to black, resulting in only being able to access the notification and lock screens. Had to do a full reboot of the iPhone to fix the issue. Please fix this issue.Weathereafws
Absolute Junk
Pile of crap.
Crashes constantly.
Rather than force me to review this piece of rubbish why not fix the horrendous number of bugs.
It’s free and even at that it is vastly overpriced.
If you can use anything else then do yourself a favour and do so.
Latest update keeps trying to con me into starting the cloud trial, just feck off will you. It’s crap software, crashes a dozen times a day. Forever popping up asking for a review or now to join up to the cloud subscription.
4 stars? Someone is gaming the system, no way can this junk get anywhere near that rating from actual users.

Speakerphone mode for iPhone.
You guys need to re-add the speaker phone option it’s really to low on my ear speaker and I used to use it on speaker phone years ago for my first child the app worked great and the service is also very good but the volume control need improvement give me a button to turn on speaker phone.VINCENT MALLAY
major delay
i’ve had my first camera for a couple months and it has worked great. then a few weeks ago i decided to add another camera. however now the first camera i had had a MAJOR delay. when i turn the camera it turns instantly but the picture on the app takes over 5 seconds to turn. it’s like 20 seconds behind real time. that’s too much. why did getting a new camera make that one slow? the new camera works just fine. not happy for the money i’ve spent.Show lesskdizzle1026

Horrible App
I bought a camera that uses this app for my baby’s room. Multiple times a day, the notifications on the app turn off. It makes it completely useless. The whole point of the camera and app is to be notification when my baby is awake/upset.Skrichard17
Works good until the camera disappears
Every couple of weeks my camera disappears from my app, and it needs added again. This is annoying because I never know when it’s going to happen. When the camera appears, it works good.Cmsteff
Some problems with latest update
1) just updated the app and I can no longer have audio from another app running while I have a camera onscreen. This is a huge problem to be honest.
2) the alert no longer works. I have notifications switched to ON on my iPhone and have the alarm set but even at highest sensitivity it never sends a notification of any kind.
3) chronic problem with the app is it stops streaming the camera after five minutes. This is ok as a toggleable option but it should not be mandatory. You need an option to stream indefinitely.Show lessLittlechicken2000
