Camera great, app is poor
The app continually asks you to re login and you loose connection all the time, also quite often I have to open to app a few times over to get it to connect to the camera. Needs serious upgradesTels1981
IR ILLUMINATOR CANT BE TOGGLED OFF
There is an on screen icon which looks like an IR toggle BUT ITS NOT IMPLEMENTED IN SOFTWARE.
The window glass reflects the IR light back to the camera and makes the pic a mess

Purchased subscription but didn’t work
I tried the free 1 month trial which worked perfectly. Subsequently I payed for a yearly subscription service which was easy to do but the app hasn’t recognised my subscription so I have no access to the service I’ve paid for. I followed a link to the developers support on their website and it’s all in Chinese (I guess) which I don’t understand so I have no clear way of requesting help.Show lessMethebmxer
Does not recognize camera
The box has the QR code Keeps saying invalid. I tried to connect using the no code option but cannot find it in the wifi camera in the network listSeeyou-morrow
Ridiculous
With all the clever, smart folks that must work for Victure, it’s ridiculous that this app, the “instructions”, and the set up video are all so cryptic and useless. I’m fairly tech savvy. Bought the camera bc it’s supposed to be compatible with 5. If I have to troubleshoot for so long, without results, then is it user error or poor coding?? Or false advertising? With the free “gift” they offer for posting positive reviews I wouldn’t trust them! Seems like they’re truly just after your email since you can’t delete that data with them if you return the camera. Very sketchy.Show less$0.02 take or leave

I have this as a security camera in my barbershop, mainly for over night to make sure no one breaks in- every morning around 2am, the camera randomly rotates backwards and stays there until I wake up the next morning, which defeats the purpose of having it for over night- Other than that,it’s easy set up, great picture and I am pleased- please fix whatever causes the camera to rotate on it’s on or tell me what I can do.Show lessRcarrico1002
Zzcp camera
I have a zzcp wifi camera thats set up with IPC360 but I cant figure out where to insert the sd card??? So I can set it for motion detection while im not home.? Ive tried searching every where for info on it but came up short. Any help would be much appreciated!!
