Our team of experts have been busy developing a whole load of new features for you to try out. Ready? Habits You can now pick from one of our healthy habits or create your own. You could try logging how many cups of water you drink, your mindfulness practice, your daily walks, or other habit-forming activities. The app will set up reminders and help you to log your progress. Expert Profiles Biamother is built by experts and now you can get to know them a bit better through their profiles. You can find out why they do what they do, and what content they've created for you. Trophies You can now earn trophies based on your activity within the app! These can be earned for completing workouts, reading articles, practicing mindfulness, making recipes, committing to habits and much, much more. Education Times are changing and so we’ve included some additional guides to help you to exercise with pelvic floor heaviness / pelvic organ prolapse or diastasis recti (abdominal separation). You can learn what these are, how to check for them, what to do if you have them, and how to exercise safely around your symptoms.

We have also introduced these new features: For You Tab: We’ve brought your daily recommendations right to the front, by taking you straight to them when you first open the app. Explore Tab: View workouts, recipes, mindfulness and articles relevant to you on the Explore tab. Calendar: View what’s coming up for you in the next week with our new calendar feature.
