After reading all the reviews it’s clear the developers know full well what they are doing too.
Application may have the possibility of success if given a full access trail to be able to experience this product.

No Trial, Cannot Test Any Feature
Unfortunately, I am unable to test anything at all in this app. It is paid only for everything. No trial, no testing, nothing. It looks like a good one but I won’t rely on developer word. If I cannot try it, I will not buy it. Moving on.

This app does not provide any useful features
There was no opportunity to fully test the usefulness of your app prior to purchase and the app information alluded to having desirable features one would need for recording — which is all false advertising and far from the truth.
Also, As someone who was looking to subscribe monthly, I had been given the impression that I was clicking on the monthly plan— whereas the payment plan screen which you say offers the choice between choosing a monthly versus a yearly plan automatically had sent me to the annual plan page without me being aware ( the payment indicated costs as monthly)— which is inherently confusing for new customers. I won’t trust a developer who does not provide clarity on the payment being made or the ability to allow new users to test whether the app will work for one’s needs. I do not recommend this app at all.

First of all, we would like to reassure you that the Monthly and Yearly switcher is clearly shown in the app, as you can see in the screenshot we sent you. The final step which is required before completing the purchase is the user's purchase confirmation. We cannot charge users without their payment confirmation as it's technically impossible. However, we understand you likely didn't read what payment amount you are confirming, so you subscribed to the yearly plan by mistake. We also provided you with easy-to-follow instructions for requesting a refund from Apple. They manage all the payments made in the apps from the App Store, including refunds. We understand your frustration, but that's how the refunds are handled in the apps from the App Store, and we cannot do anything to change it. Transcriber's editor has a 'look up' feature for easier navigation in the transcripts. Please open your transcript in the editor and tap the Magnifying glass icon in the top left corner. Then, type in any words in the Search field. When you scroll through the transcript, the searched words will be highlighted. This feature will surely help you to find a specific part of the conversation you are looking for. Transcriber also offers a Summary feature powered by AI that can provide you with quick access to the key highlights of your transcript. It also features an AI Chat, where you can tell the app to extract any information from your transcript. If you need more help with using these features, please feel free to ask for more help. The last screenshots that we sent you to your email will help you as well. Regarding the issue with transcription accuracy, we can check what went wrong if you message our customer support directly from the app because we need to pair your account. The most common issue with the transcription accuracy is caused by the low quality of the provided audio recordings. We will be happy to assist you with that. In most cases, inaccurate transcription results from the low quality of the submitted recording. If the speech in the recording is unclear, impacted by background noise, or speakers overspeak each other, it will negatively impact the transcription output. Unfortunately, Transcriber cannot improve the recording's quality, therefore it's the user's responsibility to submit only good-quality recordings for transcription. Regarding the free trial minutes, please message our customer support team directly via the app, and we will look into your account to see what could go wrong.
