Cannot cancel
There is a mention of consumer help and instructions how to get to it -- but that also is not anwyhere on my App Store runthrough of the product.
Please help me and terminate my subscription ASAP

On average, it takes one hour to transcribe 1-hour long recording. The time may be even shorter, depending on the quality of the submitted audio.
