We automatically treat each user with free transcription minutes to test the app and see if it's the right option for their needs before purchasing the subscription plan. The quality of the transcripts is constantly improving, but it still depends on the quality of the provided audio. Unfortunately, Apple's voice control doesn't work for the transcription of audio recordings to text. Thank you!

Hi there! We are sorry to hear your transcript's accuracy wasn't perfect. Unfortunately, strong accents can decrease the quality of the transcripts as the machine transcription is still not as good as humans. Did you select the correct British accent when creating your transcription order? Our customer support team will be pleased to check this for you and help you create a new order if needed. Thank you!
