    So Last week I finished off my receipts the 10 allowed right, I come back this week to upload more and suddenly I have already used 4; it makes zero sense. If I try go past my total it will give a warning to slow down, but if you are actually rolling some for some odd reason why don’t you disclose that instead of giving me false information. It is already super limited on how many to upload per week, yet you can’t provide a simple ACCURATE tracker, I feel like you are doing it on purpose to lower the amounts even more, I am going to start tracking in hand how many I took pictures of and submitted, and see if it is in hand accurate or you’re misleading users.

    Oh no! Please message us at support@merryfield.com so we can investigate. Just as a heads up, we allow 10 receipts to be uploaded to your account during any 7-day period. We don't have a hard reset day for this, and it's based on how many receipts are scanned to your account within any 7-day period.
  • Horrible lost almost $400 dollars value in points

    I have been using this app for over a year and had a great experience up until now. I had almost a value of $400 worth of points. My account was suspended and shut down, and they are refusing to cash out my points. Absolutely ridiculous that I have spent this much time earning points, and you won’t have the ethical decency to cash out the points and send a gift card. They have a ridiculous process as of recently, where they are constantly asking recently for pictures of stuff saying it's not verified when it's clearly written on the receipt and if you don't want to send the pictures, because by the time I saw the email, I used the product, because it's food!! And if you just say don't add those points, then who cares, then you will be punished by having your account suspended. Which makes no sense. If someone doesn't want to bother with a huge inconvenience, sending pictures of food products and forgo those points for that item, that should be their choice. There is no company that has you constantly emailing and sending pictures to verify a product. So upset over my loss of points I have tried to reach out and get my points cashed out, and they refused to help.

    We're sorry you feel this was done unjustly! We ban any accounts from our platform that violate our Terms of Service. We take blocking accounts very seriously and will only do so after a thorough review of an account. We also send multiple emails asking for verification of items. If we don't hear back, this means we cannot verify the items. Accounts will be banned for reasons such as submitting receipts for items not purchased, computer-generated "receipts," having multiple accounts, etc. Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service are not eligible to redeem points earned under an account that earned points that violates our Terms of Service.   • Scam

    Requesting pictures of items you purchased that are clearly shown on the receipt does not make sense. They request pictures of items that used to automatically give you the points but now they need to see a picture of the item and the barcode. I took pictures in the store because I knew I was gonna throw away the packaging, but that wasn’t enough either. Then they requested a digital copy of my in store receipt from the grocery stores website. I looked all over the website and no such thing exists. They just look for reasons to not give you the redemption. They raised the Walmart gift card from 5000 points to 15,000 points but then when I reached 15,000 points, they wanted verification for items I submitted, but no longer have the packaging. I wasn’t even awarded points for these items but they’re telling me I need to verify them in order to redeem the $15 Walmart gift card? Don’t even bother with this app. They make you jump through hoops and then just deny you anyways.

  • Bet nobody can me an even a $5 cash out?

    Ask them, even the ones that did make it to $5( handful) ended up getting their account deleted as soon as they tried to cash out. You would think after 6 MONTHs, 10 receipts m a week, almost 8000 points I’d have something to show my now..NOPE! Rules changed and I’m done with this app but I want my 8000 to go to Red Cross (they have a donation also) but guess what you have to have 10,000 to even do that also. Let’s see if y’all can at least do one thing right and DONATE what I earned!!!!!!

  • Merryfield is great!

    Loving’ Merryfield! Points bought my pot roast at Whole Foods today! So it take a few minutes to upload my receipts, and it takes a while to get a lot if points because I don’t buy a lot of the products but milk alone boosts my account but boy it was so worth it today! At Whole Foods cart ready to go and forgot I didn’t redeem my points and boom - it only took a couple minutes to log in and get the gift card - cashier scanned it and good to go!!!

  • Great reward app

    I have quickly fallen in love with this app. It is easy to use, and navigate. You can add special offers to gain rewards quickly. I love the fact that there is a scanner option in the special offer menu so you can check items to make sure they qualify before you buy them. There customer support is top notch. I had a problem with one of the special offers working so I contacted support. They responded quickly and were very helpful in solving the problem. 🤩

  • Wonderful when it works

    I love the concept, but they still have so many technical problems. A majority of my receipts seem to have items that aren’t properly identified. You have to constantly be on the lookout for brands that either don’t register at all, bonuses that don’t credit, or both. When you manually submit an item, get used to it, as you’ll keep submitting the same one from the same retailer every time you buy it. They never update the system to properly credit you on future purchases. In that respect, this app really is for the hardcore coupon people who are zealous about making sure they get every penny. I would love for it to work better and be suitable for mainstream natural products consumers. Most people will not follow through on credit not received and will likely end up abandoning the app. Lastly, they appear to list their brands based on paid placement rather than alphabetically. It would be very helpful if they offered a comprehensive, concise alphabetical list in a normal font without logos.

  • BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    I really want to like this app but every single time I scan big point receipts this happens.. I really want to like this app because it’s finally an app where I can receive points on purchases that I particularly want rewards with. I am a typically clean eater in a clean product user so this app was perfect because I was able to choose a lot of organic items and clean items. My issue is that every time I receive a big order point receipt, it has to go through customer service, and then I have to send proof of purchase and proof I have the item in order to get the points. I did this moving forward, but now the agent accused me of taking a photo of inside the store, when it is clearly on my bathroom counter. They are threatening to delete my account because of this. They need to get it together 🤦🏻‍♀️

  • Digital receipts

    I was really loving this app, and I already bought some of the foods/brands Merryfield supported so it was a no brainer. Now, however if I shop at the retailers online, my “digital” coupons don't synch. It always says “we found receipts …. Hold on while we …” but that never happens. I then have to take pics (sometimes 5-6 of my receipt from my Target or Shaws app) and upload them in an email to Customer Service. This is been happening since February and I keep asking …. Any fix? And the answer has been … we’re working on it. Please fix the Manage Retailers feature. This app is a great concept….but …. No fix for months is getting old :-(

  • Thieves!!

    I was very happy with this app. After uploading 3 receipts. I got a message that the account had been closed. Same with must of my friends and family members I referred. The account was closed and I couldn’t get the cash back. Not recommend at all.

    Update: I contacted customer service and they emailed me saying that my account was closed because I violated the terms. I have referred a lot of friends and family and their accounts has been closed too. My conclusion about this app is “Do not refer anyone if you want to keep your account working” Not a big lost since the app doesn’t have to many offers and must are vegan products that doesn’t taste good.
