I just purchased two (2) HeimLife camera’s for my home. At this time, I’m unable to give it the perfect rating because I haven’t had them more than a week. I don’t like the night vision because it reminds me of the large stores when they play back the video to catch the thief and the video is horrible can’t see and can’t tell what’s going on. This app has been an awesome addition to our patio at apartment in Savannah. We are in a secure building, but we have one of four first floor apartments with a patio that opens directly to the pool and clubhouse. It’s wonder living and we have folks stopping by all the time. Heim security camera
I have been happy with the operation of the camera. However, the on screen display sometimes “blows up” and subsequently you only see half of the full image. The only way (I have found), to correct this, is to delete the app, then reinstall it! Works Well
My indoor chime broke but I still like it. Much cheaper then a ring. Maybe if it was a little smaller that would help. Other wise I really like it. Less than half the price of a ring and the camera works great!!! Thanks a lot. It notifies me when people leave and when people come to the door.cmac1744
Easy to setup and I like it so far!
Just put it up, very easy to install and app is easy to navigate. I had trouble getting motion notifications with my last camera. Hopefully not a problem with this one.Went from 5 to 1
Good buy
Camera works well. Biggest limitation is that it is a bit weak on the WiFi—needs more range. Motion detection works well for me. Send push alerts and you can see a clip from the camera corresponding to the alert. Still experimenting with it. Also need clearer indication of when it is on and not. pretty pleased
well so far so good, easy to hook up and start, just scanned the bar and was instantly connected, make sure you charge fully for 10-12 hours before bothering scanning first, this way you can complete set up all in one fell swoop, i live right off a busy two lane rd, so i have my motion defector on low but it does pick up the semi trucks lol has good visual so far during the day and i haven't seen it yet at night, door bell is loud enough for me, (hearing impaired) still learning some of the features, but all and all happy it works!!Show lessroyalfrosting
Great Product
I got this product for my mother and she’s love it from the chime to being able to not have to constantly get up whenever the doorbell goes off. The voicemail feature is amazing as well with it being easier to not have to respond to every visitor. Overall a great product4 sand
Improvement
The device is good but would be excellent if it came with a sims card to record. Consumer wouldn’t mind paying extra for the device but when you buy a product you don’t want to search or seek out to find an important element such as a recording device when the main purpose was to get a device that records activity around your homeShow lessgailefann
Sweet little doorbell/intercom/camera!!
Simple to set up… Simple to use… Oddly, sometimes it will pick up a neighbors car going down the street but other times it doesn’t pick up somebody right in front of it. That doesn’t happen very often but it has happened. Fully charged battery lasts 2-3 weeks at my house! Very pleased! Price was great! Handy little item!Show lessLulabelleAbagoss
