  • Great Editor for the Price

I’ve been happily using the paid version for over a year now and it helped me step up my production value of videos significantly. I’ll probably be looking to step up to a professional editor on my computer soon, but the capabilities packed onto my iPhone is hard to beat!
  • Scammers

This app costs $2 a WEEK. No other package. That’s over $100 a year for some basic video editing plus missing a ton of features that would actually be worth the price and having to go back and forth between other apps for those features. I really only used the app for the stabilizing effect but even that gave poor results and just made the clips glitchy so I canceled. I canceled my subscription last week and was charged again three days before my subscriptions expiration date. This app is a waste of time and money.

  • Useful

Whenever I need to make a quick edit on on video or film it’s very handy
  • Lifetime subscription not available

Had high hopes for this app but very disappointed to discover that the only subscription model is weekly. You should remove all the other options in in app purchases as this is disingenuous to people considering downloading this app.
  • Awesome features.

This app makes it so easy to quick edit videos and getting it out on social media. Well done
  • I'll Buy Anything This Developer Touches

This app is phenomenal. A top-tier mobile video editor with perfect speed ramping, multitrack editing, royalty free audio, transitions library, keyframing, LUTs, oh and Portrait Mode Video that nobody else has even thought of. This developer seems to be a few steps ahead of Apple even. Bravo, excited to see what updates will bring to this excellent new app. Feature I'd love to see that would put this on the level of a desktop editor is keyframable masking with edge feathering. Maybe 360 video (2:1 aspect ratio) support with VR projection and reframing capabilities one day? I've been a huge fan of Focos since it came out, keep up the good work!

  • Improvement needed

It’s an only app of this sort but needs quite a bit of improvement. Way to often some functions are not responding or not working for no reason. Some files are not get processed so when filming few files in the row some of them finally might not get processed and will be unusable. Processing takes quite a lot of time. No trash available so if by any chance you click to delete a file, it’s gone forever. Crash is also happening from time to time.

  • Best Mobile App for Mobile, Minimalist Creators

I loved the focos photo app which led me to try focos live. Blown away! I always worried about backdrops, etc, They had to be perfect because they were in focus. Not anymore. Even a moderately passable background becomes complimentary. It creates so much depth. And with the background slightly out of focus, it draws more attention to you and your message. Easy to learn. Hyper functional. Perfect for bloggers at all levels. And a steal! ¡Gracias!

  • Not bad for the price

Presumably like most people, I bought this for the Bokeh effect. It turns out to be pretty good at the actual video editing too — far more intuitive than standard programs like iMovie. A little more detail in the instructions would be helpful. Sometimes, it’s hard to even know where some of the gif-style tips begin and end. Showing what is actually being clicked and being able to slow it down would shorten the learning curve dramatically.
