Exercise Elevated!
I’ve been wanting to try The Class for a few years and am finally glad I did! I am loving it so far! It feels like a moving meditation with the teacher’s introspective dialogue, prompts to connect to the body + release the breath/body, and beat-centered movements. I love how the pace and intensity of each movement pairs perfectly with the music. And there is really something for everyone, from light, low impact and restorative classes to high intensity, heart pumping classes. Must try if you’re looking to get in a great workout while deepening your connection to self!

Game Changer
The Class has helped me in so many ways its hard to write them all here. I live in MA so all the classes I take are virtual or on demand in my house. Even though I’m not in person with these teachers, I always feel so seen and understood. They all hold such a special space for us as students and know how to bring us together all around the globe. I love using this class to scream out my feelings of mothering two young kids in a pandemic; I love to laugh and celebrate my body, mind and soul with a good set of jacks to an epic song; I love to cry out my grief of being an empath in a very intense unknown time of life. No matter your body type, or athleticism level, there is space for you as a human being. Taking The Class is the best thing you can do for you!

The best
The best teachers, the best workout, amazing content, constantly improving. A+++ all around
Can’t get enough!
I started The Class a year and half ago and it’s been the best addition to my world. The teachers are amazing facilitators and offer such beautiful, insightful and thought-provoking words during the course of a class. The format of the class is Oh So Good and leaves me feeling stronger and empowered after. There are tons of live classes daily and their on demand content is like none I’ve ever seen. There is literally something for everyone and I highly recommend to anyone needing or wanting to add movement into their lives. ✌🏼

Oh what a feeling ....
I love every aspect of The Class. The obvious.... their classes. The less obvious... Their human, connected organizational style. Their continued evolution and growth especially during the pandemic. Their variety of class styles and delivery methods. Their offerings. Their team and its inclusiveness. Every class is something to look forward to and always leaves me feeling strong and limitless. Thank you. In person classes are not an option for me. I hope I’ll be able to enjoy the same level of The Class post-pandemic.

Life changing
I’m an athletic person and have tried many forms of fitness activities. This for me is it! As a firefighter and healthcare worker, I know how the mental and physical are important. This work has helped me through some serious discomfort in both areas of my life. I love the idea of vocalizing and letting go. I love the raw openess of the instructors and the shares along the way. Makes me feel less alone in this life. Thank you!

A workout for the body, mind and soul
I’ve wanted to try The Class for years, and I was so thrilled to hear that this app was finally available to the masses! The subscription is quite a bit more expensive than the average workout app ($40/month or $400/year), but it’s soooo worth it to have access to so many amazing on demand classes as well as live classes and the community Facebook group. I really can’t say enough about Taryn Toomey’s method. For those who have a hard time expressing their feelings, voicing their needs and wants, and have a general tendency to swallow their emotions and bury them where no one can find them, The Class works wonders in excavating those buried feelings and examining them. All while getting a great workout that will make you sweat bullets! The movement includes classic aerobics exercises like jumping jacks and bicycles, yoga and Pilates type movements, intuitive movements (aka shake it out!), and isometric exercises, and is set to the beat of some truly amazing music. Low and no impact modifications are always given, and the instruction teaches you not to judge yourself if you need to use a modification, take a break, or just do your own thing for a minute. The app offers a 14 day free trial, which is plenty of time to get a sense of whether or not the workouts do anything for you.

The Class is an interval training style workout entwined with mindfulness and so much more. What sets The Class apart from other exercise and yoga classes is the philosophy and the instructors themselves, guidance and motivation they offer really helps me to remember to be present and live my best life. For maximum benefit do the Class daily or at least a few times a week. Thanks Taryn Toomey and all the Class teachers, you’re doing GOOD and are very appreciated :)

The Class is the best thing that’s happened to me in a long time! The focus on emotional wellness and how the journey changes keeps me coming back for more. Sad days, happy days, lazy days, and the days when the isolation from Covid is too much to carry, the class is there with me, every day.
