It is literally impossible to log into this app
I can put in my phone number, but once it goes to the page where I put in my password, all I see is the cut off top part of the logo and the “sign in” button.
Ive rotated the screen to landscape. I’ve forced closed and restarted the app thrice. I’ve restarted my phone. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app.
Super frustrating to be forced to use an app that doesn’t work if you want to self tour.

Don’t move into a place that uses this app
If they use this app then they’re already a cheap place that cuts corners and doesn’t care about customer service. Imagine driving 2 hours to see an apartment just to get there and you can’t even get in because the app to view it doesn’t work. We followed all of the directions to a T and it still didn’t work, no access codes were provided, just pictures of what the tour would entail. Called customer service and couldn’t get through to anyone. We just had to leave and go to the next place. We won’t be moving into that apartment because the trash app they use doesn’t even allow you to tour it. Thanks

Glitchy
As others have said, this is a great concept. Unfortunately, it’s also poorly executed. The app simply doesn’t work. I’m able to create an account, but I’ve never been able to sign into that account via the app. When tapping “sign in”, nothing happens. No error. No new screen. Just nothing. Signing in on the website works, but the app appears to be required to access any apartment building.

Absolute garbage
It’s already stressful enough to find a place without an app that is so so broken. Terrible UI with fields that go off screen while you type. Breaks any kind of auto completion because the input fields are of the wrong type, so enjoy typing the same info over and over. Resetting your password is broken too, I tried twice already. I was never able to make it to my visit after submitting my id and credit card because the app is so bad. If you start the process on the web, FINISH IT ON THE WEB.

Barely functional
This is my 3rd time reinstalling this. The first 2 times were because I couldn’t log into my account and the reset password button just loaded for a millisecond then nothing happened.
Now, I’m trying to schedule a tour and the “next” button is doing the same thing.

Terrible app.
This is the worst app I have used in years. Not only is the system extremely slow, but also it errored when I tried to book my tour and said to refresh but had no option to do so. Then, when I tried again, the time slot I had chosen before was missing since it reserves it for 15 minutes while you complete ID verification. Currently writing this review while I wait for the 15 minute cooldown.
I don’t even know how to describe some of the other ways in which this app is flawed, but one I noticed is that there’s no option to close the keyboard after using it. This app just seems to lack some of what seem like basic/standard UI design choices for a smooth user experience.

Great app and Idea
This app is awesome and so easy to use! It looks very professional and clean. I was able to tour a bunch of apartments in a short amount of time! I recommend this app to anyone looking to rent an apartment.
Not good
Terrible experience. Drove 40 minutes to come to a tour only to not be able to locate any Tour24 box with a lock and the only guidance is "it's on X avenue near the call box."
There is nothing near the call box. Wasted an hour and a half drive both ways. Then threatens to charge your card $150 if the key isn't put back on time before the end of tour. If I am having trouble with the first step, I can't imagine being able to finish on time.

Terrible app
Interesting concept, terrible execution. My Id identification failed, my wife had to do it all over again with her id, they force you to give them your Id picture and credit card number so in 6 months or so you get an apologetic email from whoever the VC company owns this app saying they were hacked and you need to cancel your cerdit card. Just to see an apartment. Brave new world

App will not delete from my phone
There is no way to remove this app from my phone now that I’m done with it. The pop up states that I can remove it from my home screen but it will still be on my phone. How is this allowed?? Why would you not allow people to delete this app??
