Doesnt work
I’ve had a credit on my account for months and every time I’ve attempted to use it it WILL NOT WORK.
Thus just ends up charging my normal card.

Works only occasionally
Only sometimes is able to connect to the machine in the dog wash which is the only way to use my wash club washes. Tried to follow their instructions on troubleshooting and now can’t even log back in.sukxath

This is a very difficult app and service to get out of. There is no way online or on the app to cancel your membership or remove you CC infoKelbo59
Wait times (there is none)
I wish there was a way for you to see if a location is currently open and not in use! I have tried using one of their locations a few times but every time I go it’s always in use and have waited 30+min before I gave up and left. I like to concept of this pet wash but oooiiieee it is frustrating to try and get it when it’s availableShow lessShleigh09

App did work at the pet tub in Paragould AR. Tried getting a refund form the owner of the pet tub. I was blocked from the Facebook page. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE APP OR THE BUSINESSPolecat420
