Free wash from dog treat won’t work
Been here for like 30 minutes and can’t get the free wash coupon to work we got off the treats.Whatever —-
Deceptive marketing.
I signed up for the monthly subscription. When doing so it said that I’d get $15 credit. Well, that doesn’t get applied to monthly washes, so you have to buy extras, like treats, to use the money. I seem to remember is saying it was $15 off the first month.
Secondly, you can sign up for service via app, but there is no way to cancel. Instead you have to email or call a number. If you can sign me up and take my money though an online form you should be able to cancel.

Love this idea, service & app. I can get my dogs clean & fresh without destroying my bathroom. $20 a month for 4, 20 minute washes! My dogs love trips to the washes!wetzellikethepretzel
Horrible overpriced service
Can share a wealth of all the the useage you don’t use on all the social medias abound but god forbid you can cancel your membership on the app. I’ve paid for 9 months of service for disgusting smelling soap, horrible water pressure, expecting the customer to wash the bay on their 20 minutes is ridiculous, my dog isn’t dry after being blown off. I posted below yesterday and today received an email from the company. They walked me through the process and have made everything right for me! I highly recommend using this wash for your dogs!
Got into the app and purchased $90 to be placed in the “wallet” for future dog washes. Got to the site and was absolutely unable to use this app to use the prepaid money that had been purchased earlier. Ended up purchasing yet another dog wash! I’m more than a little frustrated and annoyed. Not user friendly at all! If this gets fixed and I’m then able to use these prepurchased washes, I will definitely post as such!Show lessAjatp
Doesn’t let you cancel
Used the trial, thought it would expire before it billed me but this was not the case. I then tried to cancel the membership and there is no way to do this. I contacted the support team and they are unresponsive. Would not recommend.CBRN soldier
