Reviews of Diastasis Recti Workouts

  • Total crap!

User unfriendly disaster!!!! Worst app! Don’t waste your time!
  • So far, not so good!

Just downloaded the app. Created an account. And no matter which of the two passwords I try to use, it says that authentication failed. Not even an option to change the password.
  • AMAZING

I have been struggling to find exercises to heal my Diastasis Recti. I’ve watched YouTube videos & Googled so much information... but it always felt a little off, like it wasn’t doing anything helpful. I’ve seen no results in almost 2 years.
I download this app, and she explains everything so well and in so much NECESSARY detail that a lot of others who try to make videos like this seem to miss. After the FIRST TRY of her first level of enforcement workouts I felt my body respond differently. I felt that lovely workout tremble in my core & my lower back was engaged as well.
I HIGHLY recommend this app and I cannot wait to continue my healing journey with her!

    Developer Response

Thank you so much for your review - I am so happy to hear that the extra information helped everything click into place. It is so hard to get the level of detail right with videos because diastasis differs from person to person and how people learn is different as well
