Overcharge and won’t let you cancel
Do not use this company, they have a huge sales team but once signed up they do not let you leave. I have been charged 3 months at 300% the price I agreed to and have requested multiple times to cancel with their so called customer support saying they cannot help but they will pass massage to management who you never hear from. This has been going on from months and they are charging me without letting me cancel. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to be permanently trapped and charged insane prices.

App issues
It will not allow to change the time on classes. It used to but now when I tap the time the calendar pulls up

Glofox has to be the worst company to deal with, can never speak with a supervisor, making changes to the system that is non sense rather then fixing the actual problems that benefit the paying client. For 5 months pictures should up horizontal, it was such a long process to upload pictures so we just stopped, they fixed the picture issue now but, I don’t know who’s great idea it was to NOT ask for address or force potential client to sign waiver, now we have to make potential client download our app and it then forces potential client to sign waiver. Glofox is so out of touch with with who’s important, even McDonald’s has better customer support then Glofox. ABC should be ashamed!!

I haven’t been able to see future bookings on classes for weeks now since the last app update.
I can only see who’s booked in on that day of the class. Absolute nightmare for early morning classes.
Pretty shocking oversight as there’s not much complexity to the app itself.

No check in mode
App only has sign up mode for new members, there’s no mode for returning members to check in.
Only works in portrait mode
Glofox pro app for iPad only works in portrait mode. Wrote to developers a month ago and after going around in circles several times to convince them their app only works in portrait mode on iPad, still nothing. Annoying and close to useless. Very glitchy.

I work as a franchisee for Jazzercise. We just migrated our whole system to Glofox and it’s been so messy and an awful headache. Classes disappearing randomly, and from the customer end, countless emails when booking a class and no way to opt out. I try to make changes to my membership as a Jazzercise customer and I’m unable to because my phone number is more than 8 digits (who doesn’t use their area code in their phone number in 2024???) I’ve sent emails to Glofox customer feedback with zero response. This whole system is frustrating and disappointing and is not helpful to our business. For as much money as it costs it really feels like this was money thrown away to a heaping, flaming pile.
EDITED: after emailing Glofox a THIRD time, I received a reply that they won’t be helping me at all since I’m a lowly franchisee and not a studio owner! Wow! Before you waste your money on this system, you better do your research on this company.

Usual rushed and poor app from Glofox
Glofox have released a rubbish app, which is a big downgrade on their previous one. Full of bugs, it summarises Glofox lack of grasp on technology and app/website development. Wish they could scrap this and bring back the old app.
Nor the best app
Glitchy, doesn’t update bookings, has limited functionality. For the cost I pay as a studio owner this needs to be better.
